Abstract
Procedimento di controllo intergabbia del tiro del laminato (14) in un tratto (10) di una linea di laminazione, detto tratto (10) potendo comprendere due gabbie convenzionali (23a, 23b) con o senza trascinatore (19) interposto, una gabbia (23a) ed un trascinatore (19), una gabbia (23a) ed un blocco veloce (11a), due blocchi veloci (11a, 11b) con trattamento termomeccanico intermedio, od altro tipo di combinazione fra unità di laminazione, essendo presente un eventuale trascinatore di entrata (12) ed un eventuale trascinatore di uscita (13) associato ad una cesoia (20), prevedente il controllo del tiro indotto sul laminato (14) nel tratto intergabbia compreso tra due unità di laminazione (23a, 23b, 11a, 11b) e/o tra un'unità di laminazione ed il relativo trascinatore (19) e/o dell'unità di laminazione a valle (23b, 11b) per mantenere detto tiro ad un valore voluto e costante nel tempo.Dispositivo di controllo intergabbia del tiro del laminato (14) in un tratto (10) di una linea di laminazione, detto tratto (10) potendo comprendere due gabbie convenzionali (23a, 23b) con o senza trascinatore (19) interposto, una gabbia (23a) ed un trascinatore (19), una gabbia (23a) ed un blocco veloce (11a), due blocchi veloci (11a, 11b) con trattamento termomeccanico intermedio, od altro tipo di combinazione fra unità di laminazione, essendo presente un eventuale trascinatore di entrata (12) ed un eventuale trascinatore di uscita (13) associato ad una cesoia (20), essendo presente un'unità di comando e controllo (18), almeno tra l'unità di laminazione a monte (23a, 11a) e l'unità di laminazione a valle (23b, 11b) e/o il trascinatore (19) essendo presente un dispositivo di misura (16), diretta od indiretta, del tiro impartito al laminato (14) nel tratto intergabbia, detto dispositivo di misura (16) essendo associato all'unità di comando e controllo (18) per la determinazione del valore di tiro e per l'eventuale correzione in retroazione dei parametri di funzionamento dell'unità a valle (19, 23b, 11b) funzionalmente al mantenimento di un valore di tiro voluto e costante nel tempo.
