Viene previsto un dispositivo di derivazione e supporto per elementi illuminanti, particolarmente per impianti elettrici a bassa tensione, comprendente un corpo scatolare principale, un elemento sostanzialmente tubolare disposto internamente al corpo principale ed atto a definire una sede passante per un elemento astiforme presentante superficialmente una coppia di conduttori elettrici longitudinali, un corpo scatolare ausiliario girevolmente impegnato al corpo scatolare principale e presentante un attacco di sostegno per detto elemento illuminante, primi mezzi di bloccaggio del corpo scatolare ausiliario al corpo scatolare principale secondo un orientamento angolare fissabile a piacere, e secondi mezzi di bloccaggio atti a bloccare il corpo scatolare principale all'elemento astiforme.
