Abstract

Trattasi di una confezione a struttura perfezionata, per l'imballaggio di prodotti alimentari surgelati, in particolare di pesci, di crostacei e di molluschi, anche variamente preparati. Tale confezione comprende un vassoio termoformato, con il quale coopera una pellicola protettiva trasparente, in idoneo materiale plastico, suscettibile di inglobare, in condizioni di sottovuoto, i prodotti medesimi, aderendo a questi ultimi in modo da non pregiudicarne minimamente la visibilità e l'ispezionabilità, da parte dell'acquirente. Il suddetto vassoio, in particolare, è inserito in un astuccio di cartoncino, opportunamente stampato e presentante una finestratura di profilo opportuno.
