Abstract

Una valvola di sicurezza per impianti a gas, particolarmente per uso domestico, comprende due corpi tubolari (2, 3) coassiali. Internamente al primo corpo (2) è montato scorrevole un otturatore (7) sottoposto all'azione di una molla (12) tendente ad applicarlo contro una sede di valvola (6) per intercettare il flusso di gas nel primo corpo (2). Internamente al secondo corpo (3) un perno (22) si estende assialmente verso il primo corpo (2), ed impegna l'otturatore (7) in modo da mantenerlo distanziato dalla sede (6). Sulla superficie del secondo corpo (3) è praticato un intaglio (25) che riceve parte di una molla (27) inserita contemporaneamente in una scanalatura (14) del primo corpo (2), impedendo che il secondo corpo (3) scorra sul primo corpo (2). Le estremità della molla (27) sono inserite in fori di un blocco (32). Al raggiungimento di una temperatura predeterminata il blocco (32) cede fondendosi liberando la molla (27) e provocando la chiusura della valvola.(Figura 2)
