Abstract
Una lastra silenziatrice (17) può essere fatta scendere davanti alle anime (4b) dei martelletti così da impedire alle stesse di andare a percuotere le corde (6). La posizione raggiunta dalla lastra (17) ed eventualmente le caratteristiche di cedevolezza (19) della stessa vengano determinate in modo da mantenere sostanzialmente inalterata la cinematica di movimento dei martelletti (4, 4a, 4b), dunque il tocco della tastiera anche durante lo svolgimento dell'azione di silenziamento.Applicazione preferenziale ai pianoforti provvisti di funzione di generazione elettronica del suono.(Figura 2).
