Un generatore di vapore o di acqua calda comprendente una caldaia a tubi d'acqua ed una intercapedine (12) circostante la camera di combustione (3), nonché una camicia (15, 16, 17) circostante il generatore (1) e percorsa dai gas di combustione che raggiungono un condotto di tiraggio (18) combinato ad un miscelatore (24), per diluire con aria i gas di combustione, ed un successivo aspiratore; esso comprende inoltre un preriscaldatore d'acqua (26) in detta camicia (15, 16, 17).
