Abstract
Questa meccanica per chitarra e basso vuole risolvere tutti i problemi relativi alla tenuta dell'intonazione delle corde degli strumenti sopracitati, compresi quelli connessi all'uso del ponte mobile. Le sue prerogative principali sono: 1°) la trazione longitudinale della corda tramite asta a cremagliera, 2°) lo sgancio e l'aggancio rapido delle corde all'asta a cremagliera senza dover reintonare lo strumento, 3°) l'indicizzazione di ogni chiavetta per range di corde, 4°) la regolazione fine tramite attuatore secondario coassiale con quello principale, 5°) l'assoluta mancanza di torsione longitudinale della corda, 6°) la torretta porta asta a cremagliera auto-orientabile verso l'ansa, nel capotasto, della corda corrispondente.La regolazione dell'intonazione si torna perciò ad attuare in modo tradizionale, con l'unica mano posizionata alla paletta.
