Abstract

Una cerniera per mobili con un'ala di cerniera (1), la quale è supportata per mezzo di un elemento intermedio (2) con sezione trasversale a forma di U su una piastrina di base (3) ed è tenuta sull'elemento intermedio (2) mediante mezzi di regolazione per la regolazione della profondità e della giunzione, presenta viti di bloccaggio e di regolazione (4, 5). L'elemento intermedio (2) è agganciato in due punti sfalsati lungo la lunghezza della piastrina di base (3) con una parte di supporto in una parte di supporto corrispondente della piastrina di base (3). Le parti di supporto sono rigide in un punto e nell'altro punto è molleggiante una parte di supporto. L'ala di cerniera (1) può essere agganciata con l'elemento intermedio (2) con la parte di supporto rigida nella piastrina di base (3) e scatta con la parte di supporto molleggiante, facente parte di una molla a lamina (16), sulla piastrina di base (3). L'elemento intermedio (2) è dotato in corrispondenza dell'estremità posteriore di un ponticello (13), il quale delimita una fessura (14), nella quale è inseribile la molla a lamina (16). Dalla molla a lamina (16) è tranciata una linguetta (17), la quale si blocca in una rientranza (15) dell'elemento intermedio (2), la quale si trova al di sotto del ponticello (13), e blocca così la molla a lamina (16) nel suo ancoraggio all'elemento intermedio (2).(Figura 1).
