L'invenzione riguarda un centro di lavoro comprendente - un supporto, controllato da un controllo numerico, mobile lungo una direzione sostanzialmente verticale;- una coppia di gruppi operatori montati su detto supporto e mobili fra una posizione ritratta di riposo e cambio utensili ed una posizione avanzata di lavoro, nella quale ciascuno di detti gruppi operatori va in appoggio contro un riscontro;- un magazzino utensili disposto tra detti gruppi operatori e provvisto di mezzi atto a portarlo alternativamente in corrispondenza dell'uno o dell'altro di detti gruppi per la sostituzione dell'utensile.
