Abstract

Una maglia (10) di trasportatore a catena ha una zona di piano (12) che termina ad almeno una estremità con un elemento allargato (13) di incernieramento sporgente verso il basso dal piano (12) ed attraversato da un foro (15) parallelo al piano (12) per il passaggio di un perno di incernieramento (11). L'elemento allargato (13) ha ad almeno una estremità (17), in corrispondenza della imboccatura del foro (15), un tappo (18) di blocco allo sfilamento del perno (11) da esso. Il tappo (18) ha affrontati bracci elastici paralleli (20, 21) terminanti con denti a sottosquadro (22, 23) sporgenti uno verso l'altro per l'innesto in corrispondenti sottosquadri rettilinei (29, 30) disposti paralleli su opposti lati dell'elemento allargato (13) in prossimità dell'imboccatura del foro (15). Il tappo (18) comprende, inoltre, fra i detti bracci (20, 21), una sporgenza (26) che si inserisce nel foro (15) di passaggio del perno (11) per impedire lo scorrimento del tappo (18) in almeno una direzione normale al perno all'innesto dei denti (22, 23) nei corrispondenti sottosquadri (29, 30).
