a metal frame that is made with wires

j ? of electrowelded steel. This frame is placed on a conveyor belt and in a bed of sand, and then coated with a mixture of liquid polyurethane. When the polyurethane solidifies, it forms a solid insulating mat inside the metal frame. Any residue that comes out of the metal frame is removed, and any parts of the frame containing unwanted polyurethane residue are brushed off.

This method has the disadvantage of having to use only one insulator in a liquid state, which requires the use of a special foaming machine and wastes material that must be removed as described above. Another drawback is the reduced thickness achieved by the metal element, which requires large quantities of plaster to thicken the walls obtained. Furthermore, the floor panel is completely different from the wall panel.

The technical problem that this invention aims to solve is the creation of a lightweight, easy-to-produce prefabricated element that allows the use of any insulating material, provided it is preformed into sheets, in one or more layers, that does not require expensive finishing operations in the factory and that can be used

Suitable for both the construction of walls and floors, this technical problem is solved by the present invention, which consists of a lightweight prefabricated element made of steel wire, comprising a plurality of rectangular sections of appropriate dimensions.
