Description

DESCRIZIONE del modello di invenzione avente per titolo: DESCRIPTION of the invention model having as title:

“ pellets- produzioni agroecologiche energetiche" "Pellets - agroecological energy production"

The present model of invention concerns in this case the constitution of a pcllets composed of products, agricultural by-products and by-products of the agri-food industry, suitably mixed together, which allow to obtain a specific natural and ecological product that can be used both for combustion in boilers. and stoves of any size and power, as well as systems that use alternative energy heating systems.

Attualmente esistono pellets di origine legnosa. Currently there are wood pellets.

DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

The pellets are structured like a small cylinder of compacted material, without any glue or additives and is composed of material coming from annual agricultural crops and waste from agri-food industries.

Product with rather constant chemical-physical characteristics, it allows boilers and stoves a high efficiency and high performance even at low powers. It also represents the form of solid agricultural energy biomass best used by eliminating, with appropriate mixtures, the differentiation of the starting material that would not be feasible as a fuel both for the difference in combustion and for the logistics of the product itself for family consumption.

The materials that make up the pellets are chosen according to the calorific value to be developed and according to the period of the agricultural year in which it is produced.

The materials are: corn (stalk and seed), sunflower (main body, calatidae and seed), pomace, sorghum and rapeseed (for sorghum and rapeseed: main body and seed), straw, pruning and / or thinning residues, expeller of sunflower, grape seeds.

The materials are, after being collected and dried, naturally or artificially, ground and mixed to be then inserted into a pelletizing machine where the mixture undergoes a heat treatment caused by the crushing of the compressor rollers on the walls of the machine itself to then be compressed and thus obtain the finished pellets with a lower percentage of humidity and high compaction.

The development of calories can be greater or equal than the "traditional" wood pellets.

I particolari di esecuzione potranno comunque variare senza uscire dall’ambito The details of execution may in any case vary without departing from the scope
