Il brevetto riguarda un mezzo di trasporto, tipo Pullman, autonomo o a rimorchio, di particolare costruzione. Grandi vetrate laterali, fondo vuoto (pianale di calpestio asportabile). Alle fiancate sono sospesi sedili a scomparsa. Le pareti metalliche sono rivestite in legno (larice o Abete rosso), maniglioni e sbarre per esercizi ginnici, regolabili in altezza, sono anch'essi in legno, per evitare ustioni alle alte temperature.
Sopra le vetrate laterali sono inseriti climatizzatori e deumidificatori. Sul cielo dell'abitacolo è installato un impianto di Raggi infrarossi, raggi UVB e UVA.
Un gruppo di persone a corpo libero si dispone all'intemo del veicolo e si avvia a piedi su un percorso stradale, in riva al mare, in montagna, ecc.
Il mezzo rapporta la velocità al passo degli ospiti, creando uno scudo, un'oasi di protezione.
I climatizzatori, i deumidificatori e i raggi infrarossi possono portare la temperatura all'interno sino a sauna leggera 40°/45° o a sauna pesante 80°/90°.
I raggi UVA/ UVB entrano in funzione per tempi scientificamente calibrati e determinati sotto la soglia dei tempi
Mentre ci si incammina o si sosta, godendo dello spettacolo della natura, il corpo riceve benefici effetti; in condizioni di tempo particolarmente rigido, si può addirittura uscire dal veicolo, sovraccaricati di calore e fare un breve bagno di mare o passeggiare all'aperto.
Se la temperatura esterna è troppo alta i climatizza tori e i deumidificatori possono rinfrescare l'aria interna.
Sul percorso si posizionano delle vere e proprie stazioni di servizio. Speciali tunnel per erogazione d'acqua calda di mare (Talassoterapia) o idrotermali, aerosol terapeutici, ecc.
La novità del brevetto consiste nel mezzo di trasporto, veranda mobile senza il fondo, fornito di tutte le metodiche descritte:
una palestra dinamica "on thè road".
Permette, in particolare, ai villeggianti di non interrompere le vacanze quando le condizioni del tempo sono avverse e di contribuire alla destagionalizzazione dell'industria turistica.
