del BREVETTO PER NODELLO INDUSTRIALE DI UTILITÀ’ avente per titolo:
"MACCHINA PER TRATTANENTI DI ASCIUGATURA. LUCIDATURA E RIGENERAZIONE DI POSATE ED OGGETTI METALLICI DA
TAVOLA"
Il presente modello di utilità si riferisce a macchine per trattamenti di asciugatura, lucidatura e rigenerazione particolarmente di posate ed oggetti metallici da tavola.
Nell’ambito di ristoranti, mense, comunità e simili, i piatti, sottopiatti, bicchieri, posate, ecc., usati in tavola vengono lavati con macchine di lavaggio, poi asciugati con l’ausilio di materiale asciugante, e disacquati per riscaldamento.
Nelle lavapiatti più sofisticate questa operazione è completata dal passaggio in un tunnel nel quale operano dei getti di aria molto calda che favoriscono 1*asciugatura per evaporazione.
Gli oggetti di metallo, posateria, sottopiatti, eoe., anche con l’utilizzo di acqua addolcita, mostrano comunque tracce di calcare, aloni e piccole macchie che devono essere tolte manualmente sfregandoli con alcool o aceto; quando il metallo è argento o argentato, si utilizza anche un prodotto diossidante.
Scopo del presente trovato è di fornire un sistema meccanico di asciugatura che permette di togliere dalle superfici metalliche ogni traccia di calcare o macchia e di rilucidare progressivamente il metallo.
1 pezzi metallici sono prelevati all’uscita delia lavastoviglie, caldi e umidi, e vengono immessi nel3.’asciugatone nel quale permangono per pochissimo tempo e dal quale escono perfettamente asciutti, privi di ogni traccia di calcare e senza alcuna macchia.
L’effetto lucidante del prodotto asciugante provvede a mantenere brillante il metallo evitando o ritardando vistosi effetti di invecchiamento.
La qualità dei pezzi asciugati è identica dal primo all’ultimo pezzo, ed il procedimento é? completamente a secco ed evita l’utilizzo di manodopera per un lavoro poco qualificato, ma certamente costoso.
In caso di ossidazione dell’argento, il materiale asciugante può essere additivato con un prodotto specifico per una completa deossidazione di ogni parte delle superfici.
Lo scopo ed i vantaggi suddetti sono conseguiti con una macchina secondo almeno la rivendicazione 1, e che sarà qui di seguito descritta con riferimento agli allegati disegni, nei quali:
la Fig.1 mostra una vista frontale schematica di una realizzazione di macchina manuale;
la Fig.2 mostra un’analoga vista schematica di una realizzazione di macchina automatica;e
la Fig.3 mostra una vista in pianta della macchina della Fig.2..
La macchina mostrata nella Fig.1 comprende una vasca 11 che può"essere di qualsiasi forma e dimensione, in acciaia inossidabile o rivestita di gomma. Essa è sospesa su un basamento 12 con l’interposizione di molle 13 e collegata ad un motivi bratore 14 che la mantiene in vibrazione.
La vasca 11 è destinata a contenere un materiale asciugante, in genere granulare, quale tutolo di mais o altro prodotto.
Questa macchina è particolarmente adatta, oltre che? alla asciugatura, anche alla lucidatura di posate, vasellame ed oggetti metallici da cucina. Gli oggetti interessati vengono introdotti nella vasca contenente il materiale asciugante, lasciativi per un tempo adeguato, pur sempre breve, per ridar loro l’originale lucentezza.
La macchina illustrata nelle Figg.S e 3 comprende anch’essa una vasca SI di forma ottagonale, come rappresentato, tonda o quadra, di qualsiasi dimensione e materiale.
La vasca SI è>sospesa su un basamento SS mediante molle di sospensione S3 ed è tenuta in vibrazione da un motovibratore 24.
La vasca.contiene un materiale asciugante, ed il motovibratore è debitamente tarato per imporre una vibrazione alla vasca e al materiale contenutovi.
Questa vasca si caratterizza comunque per il fatto di presentare, centralmente -v.Fig.3- uno scivolo di entrata S5 per il caricamento degli oggetti da lucidare ed uno scivolo di uscita 26 degli oggetti una volta trattati.
La disposizione è tale da mantenere notevolmente ridotti gli ingombri della macchina. Peraltro, la vibrazione della vasca e del materiale asciugante

Claims (2)

  1. R I V E N DICAZION i 1. Macchina per trattamenti di asciugatura, lucidatura e rigenerazione di posate, vasellame ed oggetti metallici da tavola con il concorso di un materiale asciugante, car atterizza ta da una vasca (11,21) sospesa mediante molle (13,23) su un basamento di sostegno (12,22) e collegata ad un motovibratore (14,24) per una sua vibrazione continuativa, la vasca contenendo il materiale asciugante ed essendo destinata a ricevere gli oggetti da trattare con tale materiale.
  2. 2. Macchina secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui al centro di detta vasca è previsto uno scivolo (25) di caricamento degli oggetti da trattare e da un lato della vasca uno scivolo (26) di uscita degli oggetti trattati, gli oggetti muovendosi dallo scivolo di caricamento allo scivolo di uscita attraversando il materiale asciugante, a causa delle vibrazioni impresse alla vasca e al materiale in essa contenuto. Il tutto come sostanzialmente sopra descritto, illustrato e rivendicato per gli scopi specificati,, obbliga gli oggetti caricati a livello dello scivola centrale 25 ad avanzare automaticamente nel materiale asciugante durante un breve tempo di trattamento <45-90 sec.) e fino araggiungere asciutti e lucidati lo scivolo di uscita 26.
