STATO ANTERIORE DELLA TECNICA PRIOR STATE OF THE ART

Nel settore del trasporto di ortaggi e frutti voluminosi, dal luogo di raccolta al mercato all’ingrosso o all’eventuale stabilimento di lavorazione nel caso in cui debbono essere trasportate quantità notevoli di prodotto in un’unica soluzione esistono già dei contenitori (box) in materiale plastico, generalmente a forma di parallelepipedo, con sponde laterali fisse e/o mobili. Detti contenitori sono componibili in altezza nel senso che possono essere disposti gli uni sugli altri tramite appositi incastri nelle rispettive parti superiori e inferiori. Ma essendo detti contenitori riutilizzabili, una volta giunti a destinazione, debbono essere svuotati del contenuto prima di poter tornare sul luogo di partenza per effettuare un nuovo trasporto, creando grandi costi, perdite di tempo e di conseguenza di denaro. Con la presente invenzione si vuole risolvere il problema del trasporto di ortaggi e frutti voluminosi, utilizzando un sistema componibile di contenitori diverso da quello oggi utilizzato e descritto nello stato anteriore della tecnica, ottenendo anche un risparmio di tempo e denaro. Al riguardo è stato studiato un nuovo tipo di contenitore e relativo sistema componibile. ANALISI DEL RISULTATO RAGGIUNTO. ANALYSIS OF THE RESULT ACHIEVED.

Il sistema consiste in un contenitore o box a forma di prisma ottagonale, in cartone ondulato pesante la cui base inferiore è chiusa ed è solidale ad una pedana in legno mentre la base superiore è aperta per consentire il riempimento (Tav. 1). Il contenitore o box si compone in un settore di sviluppo laterale (Tav. 2) unito tramite cucitura metallica o incollaggio (Tav. 3). The container or box is made up of a lateral development sector (Tab. 2) joined by metal stitching or gluing (Tab. 3).

Il fissaggio alla pedana in legno avviene utilizzando dei punti metallici sopra gli alettoni (Tav. 1),in tal modo si ottiene un contenitore in cartone con base rinforzata su pedana in legno. Nella parte superiore del contenitore, e precisamente nelle falde piegate sono praticati dei fori che consentono ai piedi della pedana (Tav. 7 e 8) in legno, di alloggiare in modo da non consentire alcuna dilatazione al contenitore sottostante. Il presente sistema si presenta versatile ed economico in quanto il basso costo del cartone (rispetto al contenitore in plastica) consente di recuperare la pedana per poi riutilizzarla in un nuovo trasporto di prodotto. Infatti una volta svuotato il contenitore, può essere privato della parte in cartone recuperandone solo la pedana in legno, riutilizzabile per costruire un nuovo contenitore. La sicurezza del trasporto è assicurata dalla robustezza conferita dai sostegni in legno, piazzati nei quattro lati minori dell’ottagono tra un livello o strato di contenitori e quello immediatamente superiore e/o inferiore.
