Titolo: Carta, a base cellulosica, solubile in liquidi contenente e/o impregnata di agenti pulenti a base saponica (tensioattivi) avvolgibile in rotoli continui di qualsiasi misura in larghezza, lunghezza, diametro e grammatura prodotti con specifiche macchine industriali, e successivamente sroto labile.
Descrizione
Questa invenzione è relativa ad una carta prodotta con macchinari industriali scioglibile/solubile in liquidi, flessibile, arrotolabile, sroto labi le, scrivibile e stampabile in varie misure e con caratteristiche pulenti tali da essere utilizzata per la pulizia di tutto il corpo umano o, piu' specificatamente, di parti singole come il lavaggio delle mani senza lasciare alcun residuo esempio: carta da gettare, il sapone e la schiuma detergente sono compatibili con l'ambiente e biodegradabili a norma delle vigenti leggi intemazionali. I saponi attualmente presenti sul mercato variano per composizione e per tipologia di presentazione; possono quindi avere una struttura liquida, solida o possono essere spalmati su tessuti o su supporti non tessuti che possono fungere da strutture pulenti. Questi supporti tessuti o non tessuti (cotone, altre fibre naturali o di base sintetica) sono sempre più usati per la pulizia ad ogni livello: bagni pubblici, scuole, comunità, ospedali e per l'uso privato nelle abitazioni. L’ utilizzo di qualsiasi tipo di supporto (tessuto o non tessuto) impregnato di sapone, comporta sempre il problema

dello smaltimento, Il prodotto trovato si scioglie al contatto con i liquidi e, quindi, non sono necessari smaltimenti o lavaggi successivi al suo utilizzo. Questo comporta la riduzione sia della quantità di rifiuti che di acqua e di detergenti qualora si debba effettuare il suo lavaggio, comunque sempre con un notevole risparmio di energia e di emissioni di C02 nell'ambiente. Il trovato, un sottile foglio di carta impregnato di sapone completamente dissolvibile a contatto con tm liquido di base acquosa , ha il vantaggio di poter essere utilizzato in fogli distesi impilabili senza che gli stessi si incollino oppure in rotoli avvolti intorno ad un perno, di qualsiasi larghezza, lunghezza, diametro e grammatura. Infatti, la particolare composizione dei componenti della carta solubile e dei detergenti impregnanti permette al prodotto finale di avere una flessibilità tale da poter essere avvolto in rotoli e, successivamente, srotolato scritto o stampato senza provocarne rotture o squamature,
Scopi del l'invenzione
La novità di questa invenzione è di fornire una striscia di carta insaponata in varie misure flessibile, liscia, arrotolatale, srotolabile, scrivibile e stampabile, solubile con liquidi, e facilmente strappabile in piccoli pezzi per favorire la pulizia del corpo umano o per lavarsi le mani senza lasciare residui da riciclare, La novità primaria di questa invenzione è che tale carta è prodotta industrialmente con apposite macchine che ne permettono la produzione continua anche in rotoli di dimensioni volute sia in larghezza, grammatura che in diametro (lunghezza della striscia di carta).
Altra novità di questa invenzione è che il supporto cartaceo, dopo essere stato impregnato con il tensioattivo, mantiene tutte le

caratteristiche fisiche e di utilizzo di una carta comune finché tale supporto non viene bagnato o a contatto con liquidi.

Claims (1)
- Tìtolo: Carta, a base cellulosica, solubile in liquidi contenente e/o impregnata di agenti pulenti a base saponica (tensioattivi) avvolgibile in rotoli continui di qualsiasi misura in larghezza, lunghezza, diametro e grammatura prodotta con specifiche macchine industriali, e successivamente srotolabile. Rivendicazioni 1) Il trovato è un sottile e flessibile foglio dì carta, prodotto industrialmente a produzione continua, solubile nei liquidi contenente agenti pulenti e creato per la pulizia del corpo umano, in particolare della pelle. Questa carta saponata, a totale dissolvimento e prodotta industrialmente con le misure desiderate, é il risultato di un'attenta formulazione di agenti pulenti, legati chimicamente che, impregnati al di sopra di tale base cartacea, non ne inficiano la caratteristica di flessibilità con la possibilità di essere arrotolata e srotolata scrivibile e stampabile senza perdere le caratteristiche tipiche della carta, Gli agenti pulenti (saponici a base tensioattiva) e gli agenti schiumogeni vengono rilasciati immediatamente dalla carta scioglibile dopo essere stata bagnata con conseguente sua completa dissoluzione. 2) 1 detergenti sopra menzionati, sono miscelati tra di loro con attente e precise proporzioni; il risultato è un sapone avente una adeguata viscosità che permette di essere finemente distribuito sulla carta solubile in modo da renderla completamente ed uniformemente impregnata. La novità del trovato è rappresentata dal fatto che questo foglio impregnato dai detergenti mantiene una buona flessibilità e consistenza tanto da essere arrotolato e srotolato con qualsiasi misura, scritto o stampato senza rompersi, tagliarsi o squamarsi, mantenendo le caratteristiche fisiche della carta comune 3) La carta solubile saponata si presenta con una superfìcie piatta, liscia, scrivibile, stampabile e non abrasiva. Il supporto, che è la base della carta solubile, è una miscela composta da pasta di cellulosa, carboxymetthylcellulose, debonding , dving agent, polisaccaridi in precise e definite proporzioni tra di loro, mentre la soluzione tensioattiva impregnante è composto da glicerina, sorbitolo, lattato di sodi o, carbonato di sodio, alcol etossilati, betaina, benzalconto cloruro, essenza profumate
