DESCRIZIONE
La presente invenzione riguarda il campo dei prodotti detergenti per superfici lavabili.
In particolare, la presente invenzione concerne una soluzione acquosa con proprietà detergenti derivate dalla miscelazione di vari componenti, particolarmente adatta per la pulizia delle superfici lavabili di automezzi, come ad esempio superfici verniciate, cromate, superfici a vetro, in plastica, metallo, pelle, eco...
Attualmente si trovano in commercio vari preparati che hanno la funzione di pulire le superfici lavabili di autoveicoli.
Svantaggiosamente tali prodotti hanno un utilizzo specifico in base alla natura delle superfici da pulire. Inoltre, soprattutto per la pulizia delle carrozzerie, tali prodotti necessitano dell’uso di una notevole quantità di acqua, sia per l’azione detergente, sia per il risciacquo.
Costituisce lo scopo principale della presente invenzione quello di fornire un nuovo prodotto detergente costituito da una soluzione acquosa di vari componenti che superi le suddette negatività, utilizzabile per tutte le superfici lavabili e che non necessiti di elevate quantità di acqua, né durante il lavaggio, né in fase di risciacquo.
Questi ed altri scopi sono raggiunti con il prodotto detergente della rivendicazione principale indipendente.
Ulteriori modi preferiti di realizzare il prodotto detergente secondo l'invenzione risultano dalle restanti rivendicazioni.
Rispetto ai prodotti noti del settore, il prodotto detergente dell'invenzione offre il vantaggio di non produrre schiuma, di risparmiare l’uso di acqua e di poter essere utilizzato per la pulizia di tutte le superfici lavabili di automezzi.
Secondo l’invenzione, il prodotto detergente è preparato miscelando in acqua Ammoniaca, Sali sodici di acidi grassi, Alcool etossilato, Sale tetrasodico dell’acido etilendiammintetracetico e Aldeide formica.
Di preferenza la citata soluzione acquosa contiene:
- Acqua: > 95%
- Ammoniaca : <1% (CAS N. : 1336-21-6 EC N. : 2156476)
- Sali sodici di acidi grassi : < 1% (CAS N. : 61789-30-8)
- Alcool Etossilato: < 1% (CAS N. : 68131-39-5)
- Sale Tetrasodico dell’acido etilendiammintetracetico: < 0,1% (CAS N. :
64-02-8)
- Aldeide formica: < 0,1% (CAS N. : 50-00-0).
Altre caratteristiche chimico-fisiche del prodotto sono le seguenti: - aspetto: liquido limpido incolore con lieve odore ammoniacale;
- pH della soluzione tal quale a 20°C: 8,50 - 9,50;
- densità: 0,995 g/ml;
- reazioni particolari: può liberare vapori tossici di ammoniaca a contatto con agenti alcalini forti e concentrati e può reagire se miscelato con forti agenti ossidanti (ipoclorito di sodio, eco..);
- punto di ebollizione: 100°C circa;
- punto di cristallizzazione: -0,5°C circa;
- punto di infiammabilità: non applicabile;
- solubilità in acqua: infinita.
Oltre ai componenti principali sopradescritti, è possibile integrare la soluzione con agenti profumanti e simili.
L’uso del prodotto detergente è il seguente:
- spruzzare direttamente il prodotto detergente in soluzione acquosa sulla superficie da pulire;
- utilizzare un primo panno morbido bagnato e strizzato per togliere prodotto e sporco;
- utilizzare un secondo panno morbido bagnato e strizzato per asciugare le superfici pulite.
Le fasi di rimozione dello sporco e di asciugatura devono essere eseguite preferibilmente su superfici di limitata estensione, per evitare che il prodotto spruzzato si asciughi prima dell’azione di pulizia.

- RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Prodotto detergente in forma di soluzione acquosa per la pulizia di superfici lavabili di automezzi, caratterizzato dal fatto che comprende: - Acqua; - Ammoniaca; - Sali sodici di acidi grassi; - Alcool etossilato; - Sale tetrasodico dell’acido etilendiammintetracetico, - Aldeide formica.
- 2. Prodotto detergente secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che i componenti sono contenuti con le seguenti quantità: - Acqua: > 95% -Ammoniaca : <1% (CAS N. : 1336-21-6 EC N. : 2156476) - Sali sodici di acidi grassi : < 1% (CAS N. : 61789-30-8) -Alcool Etossilato: < 1% (CAS N. : 68131-39-5) - Sale Tetrasodico dell’acido etilendiammintetracetico: < 0,1% (CAS N. : 64-02-8) -Aldeide formica: < 0,1% (CAS N. : 50-00-0).
