DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
Dell’Invenzione Industriale dal Titolo: SISTEMA DI IDENTIFICAZIONE, RIDUZIONE E SMALTIMENTO DEI RIFIUTI SOLIDI URBANI. Of the Industrial Invention entitled: SYSTEM OF IDENTIFICATION, REDUCTION AND DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE.
STATO ANTERIORE ALLA TECNICA: Prima della realizzazione del sistema di identificazione, riduzione e smaltimento differenziato dei rifiuti solidi urbani, i rifiuti venivano smaltiti in maniera indifferenziata senza essere identificati e ridotti di volume alla fonte. OBIETTIVO CHE L’INNOVAZIONE INTENDE RAGGIUGERE: L’obiettivo che l’innovazione intende raggiungere à ̈ quello di identificare (attraverso un sistema di riconoscimento chimico) e ridurre (attraverso un sistema di triturazione e/o di compattazione) tutti i rifiuti solidi urbani direttamente dalle fonti di produzione facendoli confluire, in maniera differenziata ai siti di riciclo (circa 80%) ed ai siti di discarica (circa 20%). Con la realizzazione del procedimento si ridimensiona notevolmente il problema dei rifiuti in quanto, a monte cioà ̈ direttamente nelle zone di produzioni dei rifiuti, si applica una riduzione di circa 24 volte garantendo, inoltre, una separazione netta e certa dei seguenti materiali: Vetro, plastica (divisa a sua volta in Pet, Pp, Pe), carta, metalli, organici (circa 80%) e materiali vari (indifferenziati circa 20%) GOAL THAT INNOVATION INTENDS TO REACH: The goal that innovation intends to achieve is to identify (through a chemical recognition system) and reduce (through a shredding and / or compaction system) all waste urban solids directly from production sources making them flow, in a differentiated manner, to recycling sites (about 80%) and to landfill sites (about 20%). Tale progetto, prevede lo smaltimento differenziato dei rifiuti solidi urbani direttamente dalle utenze (abitazioni, scuole, uffici, ospedali ecc.) o dai luoghi esterni pubblici o privati attraverso l’utilizzo di un VR (vano rifiuti) che potrà essere PRIVATO (se inserito alTintemo di una struttura privata es. abitazione), CONDOM1N 1 ALE (se inserito negli spazi Comuni es. vano scala ecc.), PUBBLICO (se inserito su suolo pubblico es. strade, piazze ecc.). Inizialmente si parte da una corretta e sistematica selezione dei rifiuti a cura dell’utente che all’interno della propria abitazione dispone di un vano rifiuti (dotato di sistema elettronico che in funzione della composizione chimica identifica, riconosce e differenzia i vari materiali da smaltire) selezionando : Carta - Plastica - ( PET - PS - PP ) Vetro, Metalli, Organici , Altro. PERCORSO AUTOMATIZZATO : AUTOMATED ROUTE:
