Description

Technical field of the invention

The present invention concerns a personal safety garment with a locking device featuring an acoustic/luminous alarm and a remote signal sent to a mobile device, designed to prevent attempted rape or violence in general, primarily against women, but also applicable to men or children where circumstances require. It consists of an alarm locking system designed for garments of any style and type, specifically designed for its installation. The invention is equipped with a mechanical device with electronic contacts that activate or deactivate a microchip with the function of sending a warning signal.

State of the art

There are archaic chastity systems on the market, namely so-called belts, which are poorly suited to traditional clothing needs and often create a strong contrast due to their bulkiness and intrusiveness.

Likewise, more efficient systems are lacking to prevent rape or violence, or chastity of passion. This is a problem that this invention aims to solve.

The present invention aims to solve the problem of the lack of an alarm system for opening and closing garments on the market.

The invention is intended for personal safety as well as constant monitoring in the event of attempted violence or rape against women, children, and individuals requiring personal safety. The invention is characterized by the fact that closing and opening the two parts of the garment allows for acoustic warnings in the area surrounding the event and the immediate transmission of a signal to a remote mobile device. The invention comprises a mechanical device made with shapes and sizes suitable for any style and gender, which contains a battery-powered electronic microchip, electronic contacts, and safety locks. This device is designed to ensure that, whenever the garment is opened or closed, it is remotely monitored, as the electronic contacts send the signal to the microchip, which in turn activates a deactivatable acoustic and light signal and sends the signal of desired or forced closing or opening to a mobile device such as a cell phone, iPhone, notebook, etc., simultaneously providing the position and status of the aforementioned device at any time. The primary purpose of this invention is to provide effective and constant security to defenseless individuals who require such support, as well as to provide an additional tool for effective and consensual control between partners, to prevent potential acts of diversionary relationships. Another area of application could be for caregivers who deceive their wards by taking advantage of their emotional weakness to steal family assets.

Brief description of the figures

Figure 1 shows the invention: personal safety clothing (1) with an acoustic and luminous alarm device (2) (3) and with remote signalling by mobile device (4). Figures 2, 3 and 4 show an example of the safety device of the hook type (2A).

Figure 2 shows the first component of the hook-and-loop closure device (2A), precisely the part that replaces what in common clothing is represented by the button (5) composed of: electronic contacts in the lower part (7), rotating pin for the main safety closure (8) designed to block the electronic contacts (7, 16), 2nd safety closure with pin (9) movable through 180° by means of hinges (17) to close and block the rotating pin (8), pin for a 3rd safety closure (10) to which a design embellishment can be applied, hook (11) for the 3rd safety closure (10), fixed wings (18) designed to block the coupling plate (6) of the device to keep the electronic contacts (7, 16) together, pressure elements (14) for fixing the device (5) to the clothing (1).

Figures 3 and 4 show the second component of the hook-and-loop closure device (2 A), precisely the part that replaces what is represented by the buttonhole (6) in common garments.

Figure 3 shows the front part of the coupling plate (6) consisting of a coupling hole (12) for the rotating pin (8), power battery (13), hinges (17) to make the coupling plate (6) movable, acoustic and luminous alarm (3).

Figure 4 shows the rear part of the attachment plate (6) consisting of the attachment hole (12) for the pin (8), microchip (15), upper part of the electronic contacts (16), pressure element (14) for fixing the device (6) to the garment (1).

Figure 5 shows a sequential illustration of how the locking device (2A) closes completely.

Figure 6 shows the front view of the zip closure device (2B) composed of a first element represented by a plate (5) which replaces what in common garments is represented by the button composed of a hooking pin (8), lower electronic contacts (7), pressure elements (14) for fixing the device (5) to the garment (1), hook (11) for the safety lock pin (10), base (19) for the hooking of the stop (21) of the sliding plate (20); second element represented by a plate (6) which replaces what in common garments is represented by the slot composed of a hole (Ila) for the hooking of the pin (8), lower electronic contacts (7), safety lock pin (10), pressure elements (14) for fixing the device (6) to the garment (1), base (19) for the hooking of the stop (21) of the sliding plate (20); third element with front view represented by a movable plate (20) suitable for opening and closing the hinge (22) and for locking the plates (5 and 6) connected to the hinge (22), also having a hook (11) for the safety lock pin (10).

Figure 7 represents the rear part of the sliding plate (20) with the upper electronic contacts (16) inside which match the lower ones (7), the power battery (13) and the microchip (15).

Figure 11 shows in the first image an example of a personal safety garment (1) with a zip closure device (2B), in the second and third images an example of a mixed-shape personal safety garment (la) with a zip closure device (2B) composed of a tight-fitting bodysuit sewn and incorporated under an evening dress forming a single garment, both connected to the device which can be transformed or hidden in a jewel.

Description

The invention concerns garments to which a closing device with an acoustic/luminous or remote alarm is implanted, applied all together or in parts.

The following description is given by way of some possible application examples taken by way of example and not exhaustively for the sole purpose of representing the invention.

The invention consists of a safety garment to which a locking device is welded, using several pressure elements, so that every time the garment is opened or closed, an acoustic/luminous alarm is activated. It is also monitored remotely, as the electronic contacts send the signal to the microchip which in turn sends the signal of closure or opening, whether desired or forced, to a mobile device such as a cell phone, iPhone, notebook, etc., simultaneously providing the position and status of the aforementioned device at any time (fig. 2).

The closing and opening operation of the invention can take place using different types of device systems. Two types of closing devices are shown below: hook closing device (2A) and zipper closing device (2B) applicable to the different types of garment closures.

Figures 2, 3 and 4 show an example of a hook-and-loop closure device (2A) composed of two elements, which replace what in common clothing are represented respectively by the button (5) and the buttonhole (6), fixed to the clothing thanks to pressure elements (14), which work by plugging in and are equipped with electronic contacts (7, 16) which send the signal to a microchip (15) which in turn signals the status of the contacts to an acoustic/luminous alarm (3) and to a mobile device (4). The hook-and-loop closure device is equipped with a battery (13) to power the contacts and the microchip and with various safety locks (8 and 12 and 9, 10 and 11) in order to block the device in several parts, in order to avoid any possible opening.

Another example of a closing device shown in fig. 6 and 7 is the zip closing device (2B) composed of a first element represented by a plate (5) with a hooking pin (8) and lower electronic contacts (7) (which replaces what in common clothing is represented by the button) fixed to the personal safety clothing with pressure elements (14); a second element represented by a plate (6) with a hole (11a) for the hooking of the pin (8) and lower electronic contacts, (part which replaces what in common clothing is represented by the buttonhole) fixed to the safety clothing with pressure elements (14); a third element represented by a movable plate (20) suitable for opening and closing the zip (22) and for locking the plates (5 and 6) connected to the zip. The hinged locking device is equipped with a battery (13) to power the contacts and the microchip (15) and with various locks (8 and 11a, 19 and 21, 10 and 11) in order to block the device in several parts, in order to avoid any accidental opening.

The invention can be applied to different types of clothing, some examples in figures 1, 10 and 11 are represented by shorts (1) as in fig. 1 and mixed-shape garments (la) such as models of tight-fitting bodysuits sewn and incorporated also under evening dresses forming a single garment both connected to the device (2); in fig. 10 a common evening dress combined with a tight-fitting bodysuit both connected to the hook-type fastening device (2A) which can be transformed or hidden in a jewel and in figure 11 another example with the use of the zip fastening device (2B).

This invention offers significant benefits in the area of personal safety. Its use is essential for immediate alarm in the event of violence or attempted rape. It can also be used, consensually with the partner's permission, for remote monitoring in cases of excessive jealousy, always to promote a more peaceful existence.

The characterization of the invention consists in creating industrially produced clothes suitable for every need and capable of transmitting remotely, for example via mobile phone, information on whether the clothes are open or closed.

The industrial-scale application of the invention is facilitated by the presence of widely available communication systems, such as the Internet, cell phones, etc., which complement the use of the new device and allow for an economically viable outlet to diversify current personal defense or protection systems by intervening on openings such as buttons, zippers, belts, etc.

The invention lends itself to a new form of fashion trend, applicable, for example, to evening gowns, so that it can also be seen as a luxury and non-luxury fashion accessory. The invention will become not a system for limiting freedom but, understood in a more advanced way, as an accessory that represents love, and the wearer has the pleasure of demonstrating their untouchability, enhancing the value of the couple. Furthermore, for women, it can represent greater security and a true protection of personal freedom, with the guarantee of not being harassed. The present invention, of course, is not limited to the sole and unambiguous representation of the subject plates, but is susceptible to any refinements or improvements by the skilled craftsman, without thereby departing from the scope of the patent.

Claims

1. Personal safety clothing (1) with acoustic and luminous alarm device (2) and remote signal sent to a mobile device (4) implanted in the clothing (1) via several internal pressure elements and related external seams (14) designed to ensure that every time the clothing is opened or closed it is monitored remotely as the electronic contacts (7, 16) send the signal to the microchip (15) which in turn sends the closing or opening signal to a mobile support (4) simultaneously providing the position and status of the aforementioned device at any time, it also includes a battery (13) to power the electronic contacts (7, 16) and the microchip (15), it is equipped with various forms of safety locks or similar in order to block the device (2) in one or more parts in order to avoid any accidental opening.

Personal safety clothing (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the device (2) has a hook-and-loop closure device (2A) composed of two elements (5, 6) of which the coupling pin (6) can be moved through 180° by means of hinges (17), fixed to the clothing (1) by means of several fastenings, both pressure and internal and external stitching (14), equipped with electronic contacts (7, 16) which send the signal to a microchip (15) which in turn signals the status of the contacts with an acoustic and luminous alarm (3) and sends the signal to a mobile support (4), equipped with a battery (13) for powering the electronic contacts (7, 16), the microchip (15), the acoustic and luminous alarm (3), fixed flaps (18) suitable for locking the coupling plate (6) of the device to keep the electronic contacts (7, 16) together, various safety closures (8 and 12 and 9, 10 and 11) in order to block the device in several parts.

Personal safety clothing (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the closing device (2) has a zip closing device (2B) composed of a first element represented by a plate (5) with a hooking pin (8) and lower electronic contacts (7), second element represented by a plate (6) with a hole (11a) for hooking the pin (8), lower electronic contacts (7), safety lock pin (10), third element represented by a movable plate (20) suitable for opening and closing the zip and for locking the plates (5 and 6) connected to the zip (22), having upper electronic contacts (16) and a hooking (11a) for the safety lock pin (10) and safety locks (19 and 21), equipped with a battery (13) for powering the electronic contacts (7, 16) and the microchip (15). All the elements are fixed to the garment (1) using multiple fastenings, both pressure and internal and external seams (14).

4. Personal safety garment (1) according to any preceding claim, characterised in that the personal safety garment (1) is incorporated into different shapes and types of clothing, called mixed shape personal safety garment (1a), forming a single garment both connected to one or more devices (2).

5. Closing device (2) according to claim 2, characterised in that the closing device (2) has a safety lock suitable for blocking the device composed of a hole (12) of the coupling pin (6) which is inserted into the fixed fins (18) until it locks onto the rotating pin (8).

6. Closing device (2) according to claim 5, safety lock with pin (9) movable through 180° by means of hinges (17) to close and lock the rotating pin (8). 7. Closing device (2) according to the previous claims, safety lock composed of a movable pin (10) suitable for locking the round end of the pin (9) with fixing to the hooks (11) to avoid accidental opening.

Closing device (2) according to the previous claims, safety closure composed of a locking pin (8) which locks into the hole (11a), movable plate (20) with locking pin (21) which locks into the double holes (19) of the plates (5, 6), movable pin (10) which simultaneously engages hole (11) of the movable plate (20) and hole (11) of the plate (5).

1. Claims 1. Personal safety wear (1) with acoustic and luminous warning (3) device (2) and a long-distance signal sent to a mobile device (4) implanted within the clothing (1) through various internal elements and related extemal seams (14) so as that every time the safety wear is opened or closed, it is monitored at long distance due to the electronic contacts (7, 16) which send a signal to the microchip (15) that then sends a signal of the closing or opening to a mobile support (4) supplying contextually at any moment the position and the state of the aforesaid device, moreover including a battery (13) for the supply of electronic contacts (7, 16) and of the microchip (15). It is also equipped with various forms of safety closings or so as to block in or more parts of the device (2) in order to avoid an accidental opening. 2. Personal safety wear (1) according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the device (2) anticipates a fastened closing device (2A) made up of two elements (5, 6) of which the hinge of graft (6) movable to 180° through hinges (17), fixed to the wear (1) through more implantations that include pressured as well as internal and extemal seams (14), equipped with electronic contacts (7, 16) that send a signal to a microchip (15) that then signals of the state of the contacts with acoustic and luminous warning signals (3) and sends a signal to a mobile support (4), equipped with a battery (13) for the supply of the electronic contacts (7, 16), of the microchip (15), the acoustic and luminous warning signal (3), of fixed fms (18) apt to blocking the graft plate (6) of the device in order to hold together the electronic contacts (7, 16), various safety closings (8 and 12 and 9, 10 and 11) so as to block the device in more parts. 3. Personal safety wear (1) according to claim 1, characterized by a zippered closing device (2) (2B) made up of a first element represented by a plate (5) with a hinge (8) and inferior electronic contacts (7). The second element is a plate (6) with a hole (Ila) for the hinge (8), lower electronic contacts (7), a safety closing hinge (10). The third element is a movable plate (20) apt to open and to dose the hinge and to block the plates (5 and 6) connected to the zipper (22), including advanced electronic contacts (16) and a hinge (Ila) for the safety closing (10) and safety closings (19 and 21), equipped with a battery (13) for the supply of the electronic contacts (7, 16) and the microchip (15). All the elements are fixed to the clothing (1) through various implantations pressured as well as internal and external seams (14). 4. Personal safety wear(l) according to any previous claim: characterized by the fact that the personal safety wear (1) is incorporated to various forms and types of clothing, called mixed personal safety wear (la), forming one piece of clothing both connected to one or more device (2). 5. Closing Device (2) according to claim 2, characterized by the fact that the closing device (2) anticipates a safety closing apt to block the device composed by a hole (12) of the graft hinge (6) that joins the fixed fins (18) until they are blocked to the rotary hinge (8). 6. Closing device (2) according to claim 5, safety closing with movable hinge (9) up to 180° through hinges (17) in order to dose and block the rotary hinge (8). 7. Closing device (2) according to the previous claims, safety closing composed of a movable hinge (10) apt to blocking the round extremity of the hinge (9) with implantation of couplings (11) in order to avoid an accidental opening. 8. Closing device (2) according to the previous claims, safety closing composed of a coupling hinge (8) that is blocked in the hole (Ila), movable plate (20) with a coupling hinge (21) that is blocked into the double holes (19) of the plates (5, 6), movable hinge (10) that fastens the hole (11) of the movable plate (20) and the hole (11) of the dish at the same time (5).
