DESCRIZIONE
a corredo di una domanda di brevetto per modello di utilità avente per titolo:
“MESCOLATORE PER CALCESTRUZZO E SIMILI IMPASTI, DOTATO DI ALBERI DI MESCOLAZIONE CON DOPPIA MOTORIZZAZIONE”.
TESTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE
La presente domanda di brevetto per modello di utilità ha per oggetto una mescolatore per calcestruzzo e simili impasti, dotato di due alberi di mescolazione ad asse orizzontale assistiti da una doppia motorizzazione.
Come è noto gli attuali mescolatori per calcestruzzo e simili sono costituiti da un’ampia vasca entro cui operano due alberi controrotanti ad asse orizzontale, sui quali sono fissate rispettive serie di bracci radiali preposti effettivamente al rimescolamento dell’impasto riversato nella vasca medesima.
La tecnologia attuale prevede che ognuno di questi alberi sia innestato e sostenuto in corrispondenza di due pareti contrapposte della vasca; essendo altresì previsto che ad una delle estremità di ciascun albero sia applicato, sull’ esterno della vasca, il gruppo di motoriduzione capace di assicurare all’albero medesimo la necessaria capacità di rotazione, mentre l’estremità contrapposta dello stesso albero è supportata da un opportuno cuscinetto fissato alla rispettiva parete della vasca.
Considerando peraltro la scarsa fluidità degli impasti da mescolare in tali dispositivi occorre prevedere che ciascuno di tali alberi di mescolazione sia assistito da un rispettivo motoriduttore di considerevole potenza.
Ebbene proprio questa particolare esigenza ha reso finora piuttosto problematica la costruzione di mescolatori di dimensioni superiori allo standard più diffuso, visto che la mescolazione di masse di impasti di ingenti volumi imporrebbe l’adozione di motoriduttori aventi potenze e dimensioni eccedenti quelle dei tipi comunemente in produzione presso le industrie specializzate.
Pertanto si può dire che, fino ad oggi, chiunque avesse voluto aumentare la capacità delle vasche dei propri mescolatori sarebbe stato costretto rivolgersi alle Aziende specializzate per chiedere la progettazione e la realizzazione di appositi motoriduttori “fuoriserie” di elevatissima potenza, con tutte le difficoltà ed i costi facilmente immaginabili.
Lo scopo della presente invenzione è quello di realizzare mescolatori dotati di vasche di dimensioni e volume interno nettamente superiori a quelli delle vasche dei mescolatori standard, evitando però il ricorso agli anzidetti costosissimi ed ingombranti motoriduttori “fuoriserie”.
L’idea alla base della presente invenzione è quella di prevedere il montaggio di una coppia di motoriduttori di tipo standard per ciascun albero di mescolazione adottato nella mescolatrice secondo il trovato; più precisamente ciascuno di tali motoriduttori deve essere applicato, sull’esterno della rispettiva parete della vasca, ad una delle estremità dell’albero di mescolazione.
In tal modo si comprende facilmente come ad un simile albero di mescolazione possa essere applicata una grande potenza, pari alla somma delle potenze dei due anzidetti motoriduttori, senza bisogno di ricorrere a componenti appositamente progettati ed evitando di stravolgere la struttura generale del mescolatore che debba adottare un simile albero con doppia motorizzazione.
Per maggiore chiarezza esplicativa la descrizione secondo il trovato prosegue con riferimento alla tavola di disegno allegata, avente solo valore illustrativo e non certo limitativo, in cui le figure 1 , 2 e 3 sono rispettivamente la vista di fianco, dal fronte e dall’alto del mescolatore secondo il trovato.
Con riferimento alle figure allegate il mescolatore secondo il trovato (1) si avvale usualmente di una vasca di mescolazione (2) avente in pianta una forma rettangolare e corredata di un coperchio a forma di tettuccio (3) con oblò laterali (3a); in corrispondenza delle sue pareti trasversali (4) sono innestate le estremità di due alberi di mescolazione ad asse orizzontale, paralleli e controrotanti.
Come anticipato, la caratteristica peculiare del trovato è quella di prevedere che ognuna delle estremità di ciascun albero sia accoppiata, sull’esterno della relativa parete portante (4) della vasca (2), con un gruppo motoriduttore (5) di dimensioni e potenza standard.

Claims (1)

RIVENDICAZIONI 1) Mescolatore per calcestruzzo e simili impasti, del tipo dotato di una vasca di mescolazione (2), di pianta preferibilmente rettangolare, sulle cui pareti traversali (4) sono innestate e sostenute le estremità di due alberi ad asse orizzontale, paralleli e controrotanti, di supporto per rispettive serie di bracci radiali di mescolazione, caratterizzato per il fatto che ognuna delle estremità di ciascuno dei suoi anzidetti alberi è accoppiata, sul'estemo della relativa parete trasversale (4) della vasca (2), con uno specifico gruppo motoriduttore (5).
