Abstract

Il presente trovato ha come oggetto un chiodo endomidollare per la sintesi delle fratture del femore prossimale, il quale presenta la peculiarità di comprendere un infibulo a conformazione allungata, inseribile nell'osso femorale, e presentante una sezione ellittica nella zona prossimale.Detto infibulo presenta, nella porzione prossimale, due fori, tra loro paralleli ed inclinati rispetto all'asse della porzione prossimale, per l'inserimento di una vite cervicale stabilizzatrice e di una vite cervicale portante con diametro maggiore, rispetto alla vite cervicale stabilizzatrice.
