Una macchina come quella illustrata in figura 1 con queste dimensioni dei vari nastri presenta una larghezza totale di circa 3 – 3,10 m, ovvero appena sotto al limite di larghezza previsto dall’art.104 del codice della strada. Anche una macchina così configurata presenta una larghezza totale di circa 3 – 3,10 m quindi entro limite di larghezza previsto dall’art.104 del codice della strada. Come à ̈ comprensibile la larghezza quasi doppia del nastro di raccolta 28 e la presenza di un doppio nastro di cernita 32, consente di lavorare una quantità praticamente doppia di prodotto nell’unità di tempo. Difatti con la macchina dell’invenzione à ̈ possibile lavorare a velocità praticamente doppia rispetto a quella delle macchine note, raddoppiando in maniera proporzionale la portata caricata sul nastro caricamento 21. In fact, with the machine of the invention it is possible to work at practically double speed compared to that of the known machines, proportionally doubling the capacity loaded on the loading belt 21.
Grazie alla presente invenzione à ̈ quindi possibile realizzare una macchina per la raccolta del pomodoro, ma in generale per frutta e verdura che consenta di ottenere una maggiore produttività rispetto alle macchine note senza aumentare la larghezza complessiva della stessa. Thanks to the present invention it is therefore possible to produce a machine for harvesting tomatoes, but in general for fruit and vegetables which allows to obtain greater productivity than known machines without increasing the overall width of the same.
In particolare grazie alla presente invenzione à ̈ possibile aumentare la portata di prodotto lavorata senza rinunciare a una selezione accurata del prodotto raccolto. In particular, thanks to the present invention, it is possible to increase the flow rate of the processed product without renouncing an accurate selection of the harvested product.
La macchina secondo l’invenzione inoltre raggiunge questi scopi senza richiedere un aumento dei costi rispetto alle macchine tradizionali in quanto la maggior parte dei componenti sono sostanzialmente alla stesso livello tecnologico rispetto alle macchine note.
