Claims

CLAIMS 1. A method for certifying the authenticity of a subject following an online course and including the steps of: a) Connection from a computer (3), via the internet (2), to a central server (1) and sending to the server (1) of one or more course registration data by the user (3), said data providing at least the acquisition of a first reference element (15) comprising a bodily characteristic (15) which uniquely identifies the user; b) Storage of said registration data in the central server (1) and sending by the server (1) through the Internet (2) of the credentials to access the course; c) Acquisition through the computer (3), during the course, of one or more successive identification elements (20) including a corporal characteristic (20) uniquely identifying the user and sending said subsequent identification elements ( 20) to the server (1) through the internet in such a way as to allow a subsequent comparison for each user between the first reference element (15) inserted with the element or elements (20) subsequently acquired during the course in a way such as to be able to verify the authenticity between the person originally enrolled in the course and the person who actually follows the course.

A method, according to claim 1, in which said acquisition operation c) provides for the sending from the server (1) to the processor (3) of an acquisition command for said elements (20), said acquisition taking place automatically through an acquisition device (5) arranged in the computer (3) in correspondence with the reception of said command from the server (1).

3. A method, according to claim 1, in which said acquisition operation c) provides for the opening of a web page for the insertion of the identification element (20) and in which, further, the lack of insertion provides for the block of the course.

4. A method, according to one or more preceding claims from 1 to 3, in which in step a) the acquisition of a first reference image (15) is envisaged and in step c) the acquisition of subsequent images is envisaged ( 20).

5. A method, according to one or more claims from 1 to 4, in which said comparison operation provides for the display on screen (30) of said first reference image (15) and of the subsequent image or images (20) in such a way that an operator can visually verify the equivalence between the two images.

6. A method, according to one or more preceding claims from 1 to 3, in which in step a) the acquisition of a biometric reference data (15) is provided and in step c) the acquisition of subsequent biometric data is provided (20) and in which, further, said comparison operation provides for an automatic comparison by the server (1) of said first biometric reference data (15) with said subsequent biometric data (20).

7. A method, according to one or more preceding claims, in which in the event of a successful comparison, an authorization consent is sent to certify the course followed while, in the event of a negative comparison, the course is canceled.

8. An electronic computer program comprising one or more computer codes suitable for carrying out one or more steps of the method of one or more of the preceding claims 1 to 7, when the program itself runs on an electronic computer.

9. Computer program as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that it is incorporated in a computer medium.
