Lâ€™invenzione si inquadra nel settore tecnico relativo ai monili che incorporano, tra lâ€™altro, una parte ad anello provvista di un organo di apertura/chiusura, ad esempio braccialetti, orologi, collane, catene da indossare sui fianchi oppure alla caviglia e simili. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Fastening device in jewelry or the like, characterized in that it comprises: a junction block (2) affected by a first and a second duct (21), (22) defining corresponding seats, respectively first (S1) and second ( S2); a first fixing hole (31), made in the aforementioned junction block (2) almost perpendicularly to said first seat (S1), opening into the latter and able to be engaged by a corresponding first fixing member (41) ; a second fixing hole (32), made in the aforementioned junction block (2) almost perpendicular to said second seat (S2), opening into the latter and able to be engaged by a corresponding second fixing member (42) ; a flexible element (5) of elongated shape provided, at the respective two ends, with as many terminals (51), (52), the first (51) of which is adapted to enter the aforementioned first seat (S1) to be locked to the same in consequence of the positioning of the aforementioned first fastening member (41), with the aforementioned flexible element (5) provided to be arranged to define at least one turn outside the said junction block (2) and with the aforementioned second terminal (52 ) adapted to enter said second seat (S2) to be locked thereto as a consequence of the positioning of the aforementioned second fixing member (42).

Device according to claim 1 characterized in that in said junction block (2) the aforementioned first and second ducts (21), (22) are made in substantially opposite positions and at least a third through duct (23) is provided , arranged with an axis almost parallel to those of the aforesaid first (21) and second (22), able to be engaged, in free transit, by an intermediate portion of the aforementioned flexible element (5).

3. Device according to claim 1 or 2 characterized by the fact that said first and second fastening members (41), (42) consist of as many threaded dowels, intended to be completely internal to the respective aforementioned seats (S1), (S2) , as a consequence of their screwing into them.

4. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said junction block (2) has at least one face (20) suitable for receiving decorative elements (D) made in a single body with it.

5. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said junction block (2) has at least one face (20) suitable for receiving applied decorative elements (D).

6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said flexible element (5) of elongated shape is constituted by a single body.

7. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said flexible element (5) of elongated shape is constituted by a twisted wire cable.

8. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said flexible element (5) of elongated shape is constituted by a set of consecutive segments connected to each other.

9. Device according to the preceding claim characterized in that said consecutive segments are defined by links of a chain.

10. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that at least a portion of said elongated flexible element (5) is elastically extensible.
