Il trovato in esame riguarda un innovativa cerniera utilizzabile indifferentemente nelle porte, nelle finestre e persino nelle persiane in grado, una volta azionata dall’utente, di bloccare le stesse nella posizione voluta. Come ben sappiamo uno dei maggiori fastidi generati dagli infissi sopra citati in uso alle abitazioni, uffici, eccetera, è che, se non vengono chiusi correttamente, in presenza di correnti d’aria tendono a sbattere risultando davvero molesti. In commercio esistono alcuni articoli (in primis le famose zeppe di plastica) che tanti utilizzano per limitare questi inconvenienti ma il loro impiego è molto macchinoso e poco pratico, non dimenticando quelli che, in mancanza di altro, si avvalgono di cordini e lacci di ogni tipo con esiti estetici veramente disastrosi. Al fine della presente domanda di brevetto risulta quindi superfluo descrivere congegni e accessori a oggi adoperati a tale scopo poiché il loro funzionamento è ben conosciuto da tutti e costituiscono arte nota e comunque non consentono di risolvere i problemi prospettati. Compito principale dell’invenzione è quello di eliminare i disagi esposti in precedenza servendosi di un innovativa cerniera, indifferentemente applicabile alle porte, alle finestre e persino alle persiane, il quale può essere facilmente attivata oppure disattivata dall’utente. A questo risultato si è pervenuti adottando la soluzione tecnica di realizzare un sistema avente le caratteristiche descritte nelle rivendicazioni indipendenti. Altre caratteristiche dell’innovazione, sono oggetto delle rivendicazioni dipendenti. I vantaggi che derivano dal trovato in esame consistono essenzialmente nel fatto che adottando il meccanismo descritto potremo bloccare nella posizione voluta le porte, le finestre e persino le persiane in uso alle abitazioni, uffici, eccetera, senza che queste inizino a sbattere in presenza di correnti d’aria. Questi e ulteriori vantaggi e caratteristiche della presente ideazione saranno più e meglio compresi da ogni tecnico del ramo dalla descrizione che segue e con l’aiuto degli annessi disegni, dati quale esemplificazione pratica del trovato ma da non considerarsi in senso limitativo dei quali: - La Tavola 1 mostra lo speciale dispositivo in esame completo di tutte le parti di cui è composto. Nella Fig. 1 è rappresentato l’innovativa cerniera (l) completamente smontata con in sequenza: il perno (2) munito di battente, nel cui corpo sono ricavati due fori passanti (3, 3B) - (uno visto frontalmente l’altro lateralmente e in trasparenza); il cilindretto cavo (4) avente nella propria struttura il bullone di bloccaggio (5). The main task of the invention is to eliminate the inconveniences described above by using an innovative hinge, indifferently applicable to doors, windows and even shutters, which can be easily activated or deactivated by the user. This result has been achieved by adopting the technical solution of providing a system having the characteristics described in the independent claims. Other features of the innovation are the subject of dependent claims. The advantages deriving from the invention in question essentially consist in the fact that by adopting the described mechanism we will be able to lock the doors, windows and even the shutters used in homes, offices, etc. in the desired position, without these starting to slam in the presence of currents. of air. These and further advantages and characteristics of the present invention will be better understood by every person skilled in the art from the following description and with the help of the attached drawings, given as a practical example of the invention but not to be considered in a limiting sense of which: Table 1 shows the special device under examination complete with all the parts of which it is composed.
