SUMMARY

The invention consists of a particular dough dispenser to be incorporated or applied to soft dough packs, having an opening from which about a hectogram of dough comes out at a time.

The invention is also provided with the relative cap which allows the package to be closed once opened, keeping the residual paste perfectly isolated from the surrounding environment.

DESCRIPTION

The invention is part of the technical sector of packaging, and particularly of packaging for pasta for food use, especially for spaghetti.

Currently, spaghetti and other types of long pasta for food use are sold in cardboard or transparent plastic packages, completely sealed, so that in order to let the pasta come out it is necessary to break one end of the package and let the pasta come out.

These packages have mainly two types of drawbacks.

In the first place they do not allow to determine the weight of the pasta that is extracted and this is a very important factor both for those who have to follow diets and for those who, like foreigners, are unable to measure "by eye" the pasta needed according to the number of people you cook for.

Secondly, once opened, said packages are impractical and unhygienic, as the pasta often comes out involuntarily from the open package and comes into contact with the external environment, dispersing and getting dirty.

The invention in question effectively solves both said problems and consists of a particular package for pasta which allows both to dose the pasta when it is released and to continue to keep it separate from the external environment once the package has been opened.

The invention can be implemented in different ways of which the ones we describe here are only an example.

In particular, the invention can be made as a flexible plastic or nylon or similar package, or in the same material with which most of the pasta currently on the market is currently packaged (Table 2, Figure 2).

In said embodiment, the invention consists in the application to the plastic pack of a single perforated cylinder with its cap (Table 3, letter A) from which the paste can come out and which is inserted on a side of the pack by welding on the cylinder itself (Table 3, letter B) of the edges of the package on top of each other (Table 3, letter C), or in the application of an entire closing surface to the pack of the paste (Table 2, letter B) also equipped with a circular opening for the exit of the paste and the relative cap.

The hole for the exit of the pasta has a diameter that can be variable (about 2.6 cm.) In relation to the type of pasta, so that about one hectogram of pasta comes out from said opening.

This hole, as well as being circular, can take on other shapes without compromising its functionality.

The same applies to the closure cap which, in addition to being in the form of a real cap (Table 1, letter E), can be presented in another way, such as for example a tab contained inside the package, suitable for closing or opening the opening by moving it towards the hole and vice versa.

The invention, in this first implementation hypothesis, lends itself well to being incorporated into the soft pasta packs (not of cardboard) currently on the market, enriching them with said tool which considerably increases their usefulness.

In fact, if there is a need to use the entire pack of pasta, simply cut the top of the pack, as is already done, and pour the pasta into the cooking area; vice versa, in the event that a small quantity needs to be taken, the dispenser will allow you to extract the desired quantity of pasta, calculated in 100 grams, and, once the pasta has been extracted, it will be possible to close the open package and prevent the remaining pasta from getting dirty or disperses, leaking from its packaging.

In addition to this first hypothesis, the invention can be realized as a package in rigid plastic material, able to contain the pasta once removed from the package, or the open package from which the spaghetti are free to come out (Table 1, single figure ) and then to go through its opening.

In this second embodiment, the invention consists of a cylinder-shaped container with an elongated oval base (Table 1, letter A) having a cap at one end (Table 1, letter B) which is removed for the insertion of the pasta. inside and immediately after applied and kept firmly closed until the paste itself is used up. Said container has on the other side a closing surface (Table 1, letter C) consisting of a lateral hole (Table 1, letter D) from which we can extract the pasta and which can be closed by means of a small cap (Table 1, letter AND).

This container, in addition to the dimensions indicated in the table (scale 1: 2), can be made of larger dimensions depending on the quantity of pasta to be inserted.

It can preferably be made of transparent plastic material or of light and equally transparent fibers.

The invention can also be implemented only from the upper part of said packages (Table 2, fig. 1, letter A), or rather from the opening surface consisting of a support structure and a hole from which the dough emerges. Said actuation can be applied to plastic packs already in use by inserting it outside or inside the upper opening of the packets, stopping around it by means of its internal pre-glued part or by means of other equally suitable systems (Table 2, fig. . 2, letter B). It too will be equipped with an opening for extracting the dough (Table 2, fig. 2, letter C) with relative cap (Table 2, fig. 2, letter D).

The invention in question, in its various implementation possibilities, structured in this way therefore solves the drawbacks highlighted above and allows the pasta to be extracted simply by removing the cap and tilting the package, and then resealing it, keeping the pasta always perfectly isolated and protected from external environment.

The attached tables reproduce the invention on a scale of 1: 2.

Table 1 shows an embodiment possibility of the invention, consisting of a structure in transparent rigid plastic material (A) equipped with a cap (B) from which the paste is introduced into it, and by the opening surface (C) with the cap from which the dosed paste comes out for a weight of about one hectogram (D) and from the relative cap (E).

Table 2 shows two other implementation hypotheses of the invention. The first (figure 1) shows the invention consisting of only the opening surface (A) with relative hole for the exit of the dough, and which can be applied or incorporated to the packs of pasta already on the market; Figure 2 shows the pack of pasta with the opening surface (B) applied or incorporated with the hole for the outflow of the pasta (C) and the relative cap.

Finally, Table 3 shows the packet of pasta with only the cylinder (A) incorporated into the pack by welding the two edges of the opening (B) over it, which are then welded to each other in the remaining part (C).

Since the invention in question has been described and represented in one of its embodiments only as an indication and not as a limitation for the demonstration of its essential characteristics, it is understood that it may undergo numerous variations according to industrial and commercial requirements, as well as make use of other systems and means, the whole thing without going out of its scope.

Therefore it must be understood that any equivalent application of these concepts and any equivalent product implemented and / or operating according to one or more any of the characteristics indicated in the following claims must be included in the patent application.
