1) un platorello, posto alla sommità del dispositivo di tessitura, accogliente boccole passafilo per dirigere i vari filati, destinati alla formazione del prodotto (nastro), verso il centro di tessitura costituito sostanzialmente dagli organi in seguito descritti. 1) a backing pad, placed at the top of the weaving device, accommodating thread pass-through loops to direct the various yarns, intended for the formation of the product (web), towards the weaving center substantially constituted by the members described below.

Di qui, le superfici laterali di lavoro, sia del secondo rullo che del relativo rullino di contrasto, essendo opportunamente rivestite e di rugosità pressoché nulla, consentono lo scorrimento del filato da loro stessi rulli trattenuto al fine di evitare rotture del filato per cumulo di tensioni dovuto alle diverse velocità periferiche del secondo rullo rispetto al primo, di cui a pag. 4 punto 10 comma 1. Si noti, inoltre, che l’operazione di taglio avviene nel tratto compreso fra il primo ed il secondo rullo, con tensione controllata dal primo e dal secondo rullo stessi, quest’ultimo coadiuvato dal proprio rullinopressore di contrasto. Pertanto, le tensioni ulteriori, dovute al taglio, vengono equilibrate dalle reazioni generate dal sistema di rulli sopra descritto ed in seguito illustrato. I dispositivi finora noti di taglio longitudinale di nastri tessuti realizzanti due distinti filati con effetti in rilievo presentano le seguenti anomalie: The previously known devices for longitudinal cutting of woven ribbons making two distinct yarns with relief effects have the following anomalies:

a) Le tensioni indotte sul nastro, nella operazione di taglio, si estendono lungo il nastro già formato fino a disturbare l’opera degli aghi in fase di formazione del nastro stesso. a) The tensions induced on the tape, in the cutting operation, extend along the already formed tape up to disturb the work of the needles in the tape formation phase.

CLAIMS 1) Rational device of simple and effective realization intended for the longitudinal cutting of woven ribbons having edges and weft, sewn reticular, thread-like, characterized by the fact of comprising a knife located in a trace, of the axis, contiguous to the traces intended to accommodate the needles forming the belt.

2) Device as per the preceding claim, characterized in that the knife is set in alternating rectilinear motion by a special cam, composed of two aligned half-rings, located and rotated together with the pair of cams intended for the movement of the tape forming needles.

3) Device as per the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the cam of the knife is made sliding to manually assume, over time, various stable positions in the direction of the axis of the knife in order to easily renew the cutting area.

4) Device as per the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that it comprises a sleeve, as a lower extension of the fulcrum axis of the rotating forming cams, intended to be manually and stably oriented until it assumes the suitable position for the correct running orientation of the fabric between the first and second roll for the valid cutting operation.

5) Device as per the previous claims, characterized in that it comprises a first suitably motorized pulling roller, with a rounded and knurled lateral surface in order both to stretch the belt in a direction orthogonal to the direction of travel of the belt itself, and to create a suitable friction between tape and roller for the isolation of harmful tensions, due to cutting, in order to correctly form the tape itself.

10) Device as per the preceding claims, characterized in that the heel of the knife can also be engaged and managed by the same track intended for the needles.
