Descrizione dell’invenzione industriale dal titolo: “ANCORETTA BoMa (ancoretta modulare in metallo per interventi chirurgici)
Descrizione:
L’attrezzo chirurgico di cui si richiede il brevetto è un’ ancoretta che può essere realizzata in acciaio, in titanio o in materiale riassorbibile. Viene utilizzata in chirurgia ortopedica per reinserire sull’osso muscoli, tendini, legamenti o capsule.
La diversità di questo sistema (di cui si chiede la brevettazione) è la modularietà, cioè la possibilità di essere utilizzata con fili di sutura premontati, come quelle in commercio attualmente o autonomamente con un apposito sistema autobloccante ad ombrello.
Risulta essere costituita da 3 pezzi: l’ancoretta vera e propria, canulata, caratterizzata nella parte distale da una filettatura e nella parte prossimale da un grano esagonale per l’inserimento e da un foro rotondo per l’alloggiamento dei fili di sutura. Le altre due componenti sono due semilune che si possono incastrare con un apposito spinotto realizzando così un anello intorno all’apice del corpo dell’ancoretta. Le caratteristiche principali di questo anello sono: avere il margine interno smussato e di avere due aste mobili (una per semi anello). L’utilizzo con fili di sutura è intuitivo; nel caso in cui il chirurgo decide di utilizzare il sistema autobloccante deve premontare i due semi anelli sull’ancoretta e poi su un apposito strumentario che serve sia ad avvitare la vite che ad aprire i due pistoni al momento opportuno, così che il tendine o il muscolo vengano perfettamente solidarizzati all’osso.
