Il trovato si inserisce nel campo degli strumenti indicatori del livello di un carburante in un serbatoio o bombola.Più precisamente si riferisce ad un procedimento di regolazione di uno strumento (1) indicatore che prevede le fasi di rilevamento del segnale proveniente dallo strumento (1) in condizioni di serbatoio vuoto e serbatoio pieno; memorizzazione di tali informazioni; adattamento del segnale e trasmissione dello stesso ad un segnalatore (4).Oggetto del trovato é anche un dispositivo di autoregolazione comprendente mezzi per rilevare il segnale proveniente dallo strumento (1) ed inviarlo, adattato, al segnalatore (4).
