DESCRIZIONE DI INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE
SISTEMA BIFUNZIONALE STERZANTE TIPO EUROCONTAINERS PER CARRELLI
TESTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE
I sistemi sterzanti presenti sul mercato sono a Volta Corretta, Doppia Volta Corretta e tipo RO-RO.
Quello a Volta corretta e a Doppia Volta Corretta possono far ruotare il carrello a destra e a sinistra al massimo di 30°/ 40° dalla posizione di fermo.
Quello a RO-RO, permette invece la rotazione del carrello a 360° dalla posizione di fermo. I carrelli utilizzati con questi sistemi sterzanti hanno bisogno di un notevole spazio per la movimentazione a seguito delle varie manovre da effettuarsi, circa 15, per il corretto posizionamento degli stessi nelle catene di produzione, con conseguenti disagi in aree di lavoro delimitate e vincolanti.
Si à ̈ pensato pertanto, di ideare un nuovo sistema sterzante che faciliti il movimento dei carrelli proprio in tutte quelle aree produttive con spazi ristretti e appunto vincolanti. Tale sistema à ̈ funzionante tramite due ralle, collegate e guidate da un cavo d'acciaio bloccato da capicorda alle stesse ralle e una puleggia centrale che fa da leva e guida al cavo, che girano su se stesse a 180°. Su ogni ralla sono state posizionate due ruote fisse e una girevole al fine di evitare, al momento della rotazione della maniglia di spinta fino ad un massimo di 90° o a destra o a sinistra, il possibile ribaltamento del carrello in fase di traslazione e posizionamento nell'area di lavoro. Le ralle al momento della manovra di sterzata, consentono la traslazione dell'intero carrello nell'area di lavoro, senza effettuare ulteriore manovre.
Nella tavola 1 sono raffigurate tutte le figure interessate al sistema sterzante.
Nella tavola 2 viene invece raffigurato il sistema di rotazione a 90° destra e/o sinistra dalla posizione di fermo.
Con tale sistema sterzante il carrello quindi può essere movimentato sia a destra che a sinistra partendo dallo stato di fermo, con una unica manovra e permettendo all'operatore di lavorare nella massima sicurezza e nel minor tempo, nelle varie aree di lavoro anche se delimitate e ristrette.
Claims (5)
- RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Sistema sterzante bifunzionale caratterizzato dal fatto che la maniglia di spinta può ruotare di 90° a Destra e 90° a Sinistra.
- 2. Sistema sterzante bifunzionale come alla rivendicazione precedente, caratterizzato dal fatto che la maniglia di spinta à ̈ collegata ad una ralla su cui sono fissate tre ruote, due fisse e una girevole.
- 3. Sistema sterzante bifunzionale come alla rivendicazione precedente, caratterizzato dal fatto che le ralle sono due, collegate con un cavo d'acciaio bloccato da capicorda alle ralle stesse ed una puleggia centrale che fa da leva e guida al cavo.
- 4. Sistema sterzante bifunzionale come ad una o più rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto che le ruote fissate su ogni ralla sono tre, due fisse e una girevole al fine di evitare, al momento della rotazione della maniglia di spinta a 90°, il ribaltamento del carrello in fase di posizione da lavoro.
- 5. Sistema sterzante bifunzionale, caratterizzato come da tutto ciò che à ̈ rivendicato e raffigurato nelle tavole allegate.
