Abstract
Il presente trovato è utile nel trattamento delle scoliosi ortopediche, in ginnastica correttiva senza corsetto, in presenza di dorso piatto, nella preparazione del corsetto gessato, nella preparazione dell'intervento chirurgico, e nel modellamento dei "gibbi" di modesta entità in soggetti non portatori di tutore ortopedico. E' l'unico attrezzo che permette il modellamento del dorso in modo fisiologico, agendo con una spinta medio-laterale-deritante che non modifica la cifosi fisiologica. Tale spinta si ottiene mediante applicazione di una "pelota" dorsale fissata su una "fascia ascellare" che si aggancia con due tensori elastici a tensione differenziata al grado della spalliera svedese. Il trovato si innesta su una asta di metallo (distanziatrice) infilata in uno dei due fori della panca che compone il trovato nella sua totalità.
