"PIATTAFORMA GALLEGGIANTE INAFFONDABILE PER IMPIANTO DI CENTRALI IDROELETTRICHE SOMMERSE, O STRUTTURA PORTANTE DI BASE FONDAZIONE DI PONTI, VILLAGGI TURISTICI GALLEGGIANTI, PIATTAFORME PETROLIFERE, ED ALTRI IMPIEGHI".di Pala Luca, nazionalità italiana.La piattaforma comprende una serie di colonne cave, collegata da anelli, localizzati una parte dalle colonne sommerse e una in elevazione, collegata ad un grande anello in superficie con funzioni di stabilizzatore del moto ondoso, tramite impianto idroelettrico composto da una camera per alloggio turbina, utilizza la pressione idrostatica con scarico dell'acqua a mezzo di una serie di tubi di sezione ridotta, e iniettori di aria compressa, generata da compressore pompa il liquido verso l'alto risultando più leggero lo scarico.L'utilizzo della piattaforma per struttura portante di base fondazione di ponti o villaggi turistici galleggianti, è uguale a quella precedente menzionata, con la variante che la camera sommersa viene usata come spinta idrostatica, mentre lo giunto sferico annullano il moto ondoso, così da ottenere una piattaforma a struttura solida, inaffondabile, stabile al moto ondoso e inattaccabile dalla corrosione marina.
