Abstract

Un apparecchio termodiffusore per cuocere alimenti comprende un primo recipiente (1), un secondo recipiente (4), inserito parzialmente nel primo recipiente (1), con il fondo munito di numerosi fori passanti (9), un complesso di chiusura da applicare su detto secondo recipiente (4), costituito da un coperchio (10) e da un sottocoperchio (17) avente la superficie traforata, fissati in maniera amovibile uno all'altro e conformati e disposti in maniera tale da creare tra loro uno spazio nel quale il vapore formatosi nella cottura degli alimenti si condensa in gocce che vengono raccolte in ricettacoli (19, 20) ricavati in detto sottocoperchio (17).
