SISTEMA DAMBRO
DESCRIZIONE
a) L’invenzione fa riferimento al campo delle tecniche di coltura su griglia.
b) Per quanto di mia conoscenza la cottura ad oggi avviene dal basso verso l’alto con la resistenza posizionata sotto l’alimento.
c) L’invenzione consiste nel far cuocere il cibo con il CALORE PROIETTATO DALL’ALTO VERSO IL BASSO, questo avviene posizionando una resistenza elettrica che genera calore su un piano superiore rispeto al cibo di circa 3 centimetri (non tassativo).
La resistenza è sostenuta da una guida incorporata ad un coperchio superiore di acciaio inox per alimenti, tale coperchio appoggia mediante piedini alla griglia sottostante.
d) Il disegno allegato al Prospetto modulo A rappresenta un assemblato di tutto il sistema cottura, Γ invenzione riguarda il SISTEMA DAMBRÒ consistente nella cottura dall<'>alto tramite coperchio e resistenza elettrica.
e) L’invenzione si attua in tutti i sistemi di cottura alla griglia.
f) In ambito industriale l’invenzione si può utilizzare laddove intervengono sistemi di cottura alla griglia, quindi sia per il privato che per la grande ristorazione.
