Description

Descrizione a corredo di una domanda di brevetto per invenzione dal titolo: ARMATURA PER GUARNIZIONI
DESCRIZIONE
La presente invenzione è relativa ad una armatura per guarnizioni.
La presente invenzione farà particolare riferimento senza per questo perdere in generalità ad una armatura per guarnizioni di autovetture costituite da una gomma sagomata estrusa attorno all'armatura stessa.
In generale, sono note delle armature tessute comprendenti un ordito realizzato di materiale poliestere, ed una trama realizzata da un filo di materiale metallico in modo da formare un nastro, il quale viene successivamente piegato ad U per essere quindi estruso unitamente alla gomma sagomata della guarnizione.
Le ultime normative in fatto di tutela dell'ambiente hanno portato alla progressiva sostituzione dei componenti difficilmente smaltibili, e, analogamente, è stata richiesta un più facile smaltimento anche per le armature sopra descritte.
Scopo della presente invenzione è quello di realizzare una armatura per guarnizioni di facile smaltimento.
Secondo la presente invenzione viene realizzata una armatura per guarnizioni, l'armatura essendo tessuta e comprendente un ordito realizzato di materiale poliestere, ed una trama ed essendo caratterizzata dal fatto che la trama è realizzata con un filato di materiale sintetico.
L'invenzione verrà ora descritta con riferimento ai disegni annessi, che ne illustrano un esempio di attuazione non limitativo, in cui:
- la figura 1 illustra una vista schematica di una prima preferita forma di attuazione dell'armatura per guarnizioni secondo la presente invenzione;
- la figura 2 illustra una vista schematica di una seconda preferita forma di attuazione dell'armatura per guarnizioni secondo la presente invenzione;
- la figura 3 illustra una vista schematica di una terza preferita forma di attuazione dell'armatura per guarnizioni secondo la presente invenzione; e
- la figura 4 illustra una vista schematica di una quarta preferita forma di attuazione dell'armatura per guarnizioni secondo la presente invenzione.
Con riferimento alla figura 1, con 1 è indicata nel suo complesso una armatura per guarnizioni.
L'armatura 1 è tessuta e comprende un ordito 2 realizzato di materiale poliestere, ed una trama 3 realizzata con un filato 4 di materiale sintetico.
L'armatura 1 è tessuta secondo un nastro 5 di larghezza L determinata, ed il filato 4 di materiale sintetico è conformato secondo una serpentina 6 di larghezza sostanzialmente pari alla larghezza L del nastro 5.
Nella forma di attuazione illustrata nella figura 1, il nastro 5 è tessuto a crochet e presenta l'ordito 2 ammagliato al filato 4 di materiale sintetico. L'ordito 2 si presenta secondo file parallele tra loro ed al nastro 5, ed il numero delle file nonché la loro disposizione reciproca dipendono anche dalle necessità strutturali che l'armatura 1 dovrà presentare al momento del proprio utilizzo.
La figura 2 illustra una armatura 1' sostanzialmente simile all'armatura 1, dalla quale l'armatura 1' differisce per il fatto che il nastro 5 è tessuto su di un telaio ad ago, in cui l'ordito 2 è mosso da licci ed è formato da una pluralità di fili paralleli tra loro ed al nastro 5 stesso, ed il filato 4 di materiale sintetico è tramato mediante falcetto 7 con trame a due a due.
Inoltre, il nastro 5 comprende un filo 8 di apporto per la legare il filato 4 di materiale sintetico trattenuto, durante la tessitura, da un ago.
La figura 3 illustra una armatura 1" sostanzialmente simile all'armatura 1 ed all'armatura 1', dalla quale l'armatura 1" differisce per il fatto che il nastro 5 è tessuto a navetta, ovvero l'ordito 2 è mosso da licci ed è formato da una pluralità di fili paralleli tra loro ed al nastro 5 stesso, mentre il filato 4 di materiale sintetico viene inserito mediante una navetta, la quale spostandosi da destra a sinistra e viceversa inserisce un solo filo di trama per volta.
Nelle forme di attuazione dell'armatura per guarnizioni sopra descritte, il filato 4 di materiale sintetico è realizzato da un monofilo ed il nastro 5 può anche essere calandrato loro in modo tale sia da evitare lo scorrimento reciproco tra ordito 2 e trama 3 imprimendo l'ordito 2 sulla trama 3, sia per definire uno spessore determinato dell'armatura stessa.
Alternativamente alla calandratura, nelle armature sopra descritte può essere previsto l'utilizzo di un prodotto incollante per rendere solidali tra loro l'ordito 2 e la trama 3 ai fini, appunto, di evitare lo scorrimento reciproco.
La figura 4 illustra una armatura 1''', la quale comprende ancora un ordito 2 realizzato di materiale poliestere, ed una trama 3 realizzata con un filato 4 di materiale sintetico, ed è tessuta secondo un tessuto 10 in pezza larga su qualsiasi tipo di telaio invece di avere la trama 3 conformata secondo una serpentina (6) come sopra descritto.
Il tessuto 10 è successivamente suddiviso in nastri o strisce 5' di larghezza determinata e confacente all'utilizzo cui è destinato.
Anche nell'armatura 1''', l'ordito 2 e la trama 3 possono essere calandrate od incollate per evitarne lo scorrimento relativo e per ridurne lo spessore.
In tutte le forme di attuazione alternative dell'armatura per guarnizioni sopra descritte, il filato 4 di materiale sintetico può essere realizzato, ad esempio, in poliestere oppure in polipropilene caricato a talco. In ogni caso, la l'utilizzo di un filato 4 di materiale sintetico permette di realizzare, successivamente, una guarnizione per autoveicoli del tutto smaltibile e riciclabile.
Si intende che l'invenzione non è limitata alle forme di realizzazione qui descritte ed illustrate, che sono da considerarsi come esempi di attuazione dell'armatura per guarnizioni, che sono invece suscettibili di ulteriori modifiche relative a forme e disposizioni di parti, dettagli costruttivi e di montaggio.

Claims (9)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Armatura (1)(1')(1")(1''') per guarnizioni, l'armatura (1)(1')(1")(1''') essendo tessuta e comprendente un ordito (2) realizzato di materiale poliestere, ed una trama (3) ed essendo caratterizzata dal fatto che la trama (3) è realizzata con un filato (4) di materiale sintetico.
  2. 2. Armatura secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto di essere tessuta secondo un nastro (5) di larghezza determinata; il filato (4) di materiale sintetico essendo conformato secondo una serpentina (6) di larghezza sostanzialmente pari alla larghezza del detto nastro (5).
  3. 3. Armatura secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che il detto nastro (5) è tessuto a crochet e presenta l'ordito (2) ammagliato alla trama (3).
  4. 4. Armatura secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che il detto nastro (5) è tessuto su di un telaio ad ago, in cui l'ordito (2) è mosso da licci ed il filato (4) di materiale sintetico è tramato mediante falcetto (7) con trame a due a due.
  5. 5. Armatura secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che il detto nastro (5) è tessuto a navetta.
  6. 6. Armatura secondo la rivendicazione 3, 4, o 5, caratterizzata dal fatto che il detto nastro (5) comprende un filo (8) di apporto per la legare la trama (3), la quale, durante la legatura, è trattenuta da un ago.
  7. 7. Armatura secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che fatto di essere tessuta secondo un tessuto (10) in pezza larga su qualsiasi tipo di telaio; il tessuto (10) essendo successivamente suddiviso in nastri (5') di larghezza determinata.
  8. 8. Armatura secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzata dal fatto che l'ordito (2) e la trama (3) sono calandrati tra loro per imprimere l'ordito (2) sulla trama (3) e per definire uno spessore determinato dell'armatura stessa.
  9. 9. Armatura secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni dalla 1 alla 7, caratterizzata dal fatto di comprendere un prodotto incollante per rendere solidali tra loro l'ordito (2) e la trama (3) ai fini di evitare lo scorrimento reciproco.
