DESCRIZIONE
La presente invenzione ha per oggetto una fresa per settore dentale in puro legno con gambo in acciaio.
Utilità:
necessarie per sgrossatura e lucidatura di resine/metalli, utilizzo di legno puro faggio o tiglio, non mescolato ad altri tipi di legno e/o collanti, gambo in acciaio
Materiale e vantaggi con cui è costruita:
• Leg.001 :Legno usato faggio,perchè è un legno semiduro e permette la sgrossatura di resine/ metalli. Questa fresa può essere impiegata con paste diamantate o lubrificanti anche solo dell'acqua (giri min. 5000min-max 6000min)
• Leg.002;Legno usato tiglio, perchè è un legno morbido e permette la lucidatura di resine /metalli. Questa fresa può essere impiegata con paste diamantate o con lubrificanti, anche solo dell'acqua (giri min. 5000min-max óOOOmin).
Il legno puro non è mescolato ad altri tipi di legno-collanti-diamantati. Altri tipi di legni non sono adeguati perchè si parte da un legno troppo duro e quindi sgrosserebbe i supporti in modo eccessivo, sino ad arrivare ad un legno troppo morbido che non luviderebbe in modo adeguato. Si utilizza un supporto di faggio o tiglio che viene tagliato a forma cubica. Il gambo in acciaio morbido viene centrato perfettamente nel supporto grezzo, di conseguenza assemblato con una resina resistente al calore. Dopodiché viene tornita al controllo numerico (tornio computerizzato) in basa alle quote stabilite.

- RIVEDICAZIONI 1) Frese per settore dentale in puro legno con gambo in acciaio.
- 2) Frese in puro legno secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizza da ciò che il suo corpo comprende: necessarie per sgrossatura e lucidatura di resine/metalli, utilizzo di legno puro faggio o tiglio, non mescolato ad altri tipi di legno e/o collanti, gambo in acciaio
