Tappo di sughero di forma generale cilindrica comprendente sulla periferia di almeno una delle sue estremità (E1, E2) un sovraspessore costituito da un elastomero.Vantaggiosamente, questo tappo comprende verso ogni estremità (E1, E2) un anello (F1, F2) di elastomero ottenuto mediante immersione di ogni estremità (E1, E2) del tappo in una composizione indurente di elastomero, ogni anello (F1, F2) avendo la sua sezione circolare che aumenta quando ci si avvicina all'estremità (F1, F2) del tappo verso la quale si trova questo anello.Preferibilmente, ogni anello (F1, F2) di questo tappo comprende un bordino circolare (D) verso l'estremità del tappo dove si trova questo anello.Questo tappo presenta il vantaggio di permettere di ottenere bottiglie non "colanti", permette di evitare la caduta di polveri durante la compressione del tappo al momento dell'imbottigliamento, e di evitare che il contenuto della bottiglia prenda il gusto di tappo o di muffa.
