Abstract

Il riflettore del proiettore per veicoli presenta una zona focale interna e una zona focale esterna. Nella parte della zona focale interna è disposta una sorgente luminosa. A monte del riflettore è disposta una lente e tra la lente e la sorgente luminosa viene ricavato un diaframma il quale è realizzato a guisa di confine chiaro-scuro. La lente è inserita in una parte a forma di boccola, secondo la direzione di uscita della luce e appoggia con una flangia esterna che la circonda contro un tratto del bordo della parte a forma di boccola. Il tratto del bordo si restringe verso la sua estremità libera in senso contrario alla direzione di uscita della luce e appoggia con lo spigolo interno della sua apertura contro la flangia della lente. Sul lato inferiore della lente appoggia con precarico un anello elastico, su sporgenze liberamente tagliate dalla parte di forma anulare, che vengono incurvate rispetto all'asse ottico e si sviluppano in modo da formare un angolo acuto rispetto al lato inferiore della lente.
