Abstract
Procedimento per la fabbricazione di un cuoio sintetico in poliuretano (PU) avente l'aspetto di vacchetta autentica, che comprende un procedimento in cui un materiale di base viene rivestito con uno strato di una miscela. Tale materiale di base rivestito viene poi mantenuto sott'acqua in un serbatoio di solidificazione per permettere allo strato di miscela di solidificare e viene quindi prelevato dal serbatoio di solidificazione per essere risciacquato con acqua prima che il materiale di base rivestito sia essiccato mediante stiratura per formare un cuoio sintetico di base, che viene successivamente essiccato in una stufa prima di essere rullato. Si effettua poi un lavoro di finitura del cuoio sintetico di base mediante levigatura, in modo da dare alla superficie del cuoio sintetico di base l'aspetto della vacchetta autentica.
