Description

DESCRIZIONE dell’invenzione industriale dal titolo: "Unità motrice per veicoli elettrici".
La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un’unità motrice per veicoli elettrici in cui ciascuna ruota del veicolo è azionata da un proprio motore elettrico tramite un albero di comando.
Lo scopo principale dell’invenzione è quello di realizzare un’unità motrice molto compatta, avente in particolare un ridotto ingombro in senso trasversale.
Questo scopo viene realizzato grazie alla caratteristica che forma oggetto della rivendicazione 1.
Ulteriori caratteristiche vantaggiose dell'invenzione formano oggetto delle rivendicazioni 2 a 10.
L’invenzione verrà ora descritta con riferimento ai disegni annessi, forniti a puro titolo di esempio non limitativo, in cui:
la figura 1 illustra schematicamente in elevazione e parzialmente in sezione un’unità motrice secondo la presente invenzione,
la figura 2 è una vista prospettica esplosa di un particolare della figura 1,
la figura 3 è una vista prospettica di un altro particolare della figura 1,
la figura 4 è una vista schematica laterale secondo la freccia IV della figura 1, e
la figura 5 è una sezione trasversale in maggiore scala secondo la linea V-V della figura 4.
Nella figura 1, con 1 è indicato un motore elettrico che tramite un albero di comando 2 aziona una ruota sterzante 3 di un autoveicolo, ciascuna ruota del quale è azionata da un'unità motrice del tipo illustrato nella figura 1. La sterzatura della ruota 3 è comandata, nell’esempio illustrato, da una cremagliera 35 servoassistita elettricamente della quale è stata illustrata soltanto la parte terminale.
Il motore elettrico 1 è azionato da una fonte di energia non illustrata,preferibilmente costituita da un generatore elettrico azionato da un motore termico quale ad esempio una turbina a gas.
Nell’esempio illustrato, il motore elettrico 1 è disposto inferiormente all’asse di rotazione della ruota 3 in modo da contribuire all’abbassamento del baricentro del veicolo. Ovviamente, a seconda delle esigenze, il motore potrebbe essere collocato in altre posizioni.
Il motore elettrico 1 comprende uno statore la ed un rotore lb. Il rotore Ib presenta una cavità centrale assiale 4 all'interno della quale è alloggiato un giunto G per la trasmissione del moto all'albero 2 di comando della ruota 3.
Il giunto G è di un tipo per se noto, atto a consentire spostamenti assiali dell'elemento condotto. Nell’esempio illustrato schematicamente nella figura 2 il giunto G comprende un perno trasversale 5 portato dall'estremità interna dell'albero di comando 2 ed avente due estremità sporgenti 6 che sono montate girevoli in corrispondenti fori 7 ricavati in due cuscinetti sostanzialmente parallelepipedi 8 montati scorrevoli in due scanalature diametralmente opposte 9 ricavate nello spessore della parete interna della cavità 4 del rotore.
La disposizione del giunto G all'interno della cavità 4 del rotore cavo lb consente di ridurre le dimensioni trasversali dell'unità motrice che risulta pertanto molto compatta.
Il rotore lb del motore elettrico 1 presenta alla sua estremità rivolta verso la ruota una flangia anulare sporgente 10 alla quale è fissato il mozzo del disco 11 di un freno a disco indicato nel suo insieme con 12. Questa soluzione consente di impiegare freni a disco aventi ridotte dimensioni in senso radiale.
Il motore elettrico 1 si estende attraverso l'apertura inferiore 13a di un elemento di sostegno 13 destinato ad essere fissato alla struttura portante dell’autoveicolo, non illustrata nei disegni.
All'elemento di sostegno 13 sono articolate le estremità interne dei bracci superiore 14 ed inferiore 15 di una sospensione a quadrilatero articolato. Le estremità interne dei bracci 14 e 15 sono articolate al montante 16 di sostegno della ruota 3 intorno a perni rispettivamente 14a e 15a.
Il braccio superiore 14 è conformato a T e presenta una traversa 14b che è articolata a ciascuna delle sue estremità tramite perni 18 a due piastre sostanzialmente triangolari 19. Ciascuna piastra 19 è articolata tramite un perno 20 ad una mensola 13b dell’elemento di sostegno 14.
A ciascuna piastra 19 è inoltre articolata intorno ad un perno 21 l'estremità di un dispositivo di controllo attivo della campanatura (camber) della ruota 3.
Il braccio superiore 14 porta inoltre un’appendice centrale 23 inclinata verso il basso alla quale è articolata intorno ad un perno 23a l’estremità di un dispositivo 24 di controllo degli scuotimenti della sospensione, che è attivo nei riguardi del molleggio, dello smorzamento e dell’altezza da terra.
Convenientemente i due dispositivi attivi di controllo 22 e 24 fanno parte di un sistema per l'ottimizzazione automatica del comportamento dell’autoveicolo basato sul rilevamento delle impronte dei pneumatici in conformità al brevetto italiano n.
1.223.919 della stessa Richiedente.
Il montante 16 della ruota è costituito da due parti 25, 26 fra lpro collegate in modo smontabile che definiscono fra loro una camera 27 nella quale è alloggiato un ruotismo riduttore interposto fra l'albero di comando 2 ed un mozzo cavo 28 della ruota, sopportato in modo girevole nel suddetto montante 16.
La cavità del mozzo 28 è preferibilmente munita di alettature elicoidali 28a a scopo di ventilazione.
Il riduttore comprende un pignone 30 che riceve il moto dall’albero di comando 2 tramite un giunto omocinetico 29 ed ingrana con una ruota dentata 31 calettata sulla superficie esterna del mozzo cavo 28 della ruota.
La superficie esterna del mozzo cavo 28 della ruota 3 presenta una flangia centrale 32 alla quale è fissata la ruota 3.
Come illustrato nella figura 4 e 5 la ruota 3 è munita di aperture di ventilazione 33 ed in corrispondenza di ciascuna apertura 33 è fissata alla ruota, dopo la sua formatura ad esempio per stampaggio o pressofusione, una paletta di ventilazione 34.
Il fissaggio della paletta 34 alla ruota 3 può essere effettuato ad esempio per incollatura.
Il fatto che la paletta sia riportata sulla ruota dopo la fabbricazione di quest’ultima, consente di orientare le palette di ciascuna ruota in modo da ottenere uguali caratteristiche di ventilazione nelle ruote situate sui due lati del veicolo.
In particolare nella figura 4 è illustrata nella parte superiore una paletta 34 applicata su una ruota destinata all'impiego sul lato destro del veicolo e nella parte inferiore della figura 4 è illustrata una paletta applicata su una ruota destinata all'impiego sul lato sinistro dell'autoveicolo.
Questa caratteristica consente di ottenere ruote aventi un’efficace azione ventilante, identica sui due lati del veicolo, senza usare due stampi differenti, uno per le ruote del lato sinistro ed una per le ruote del lato destro.

Claims (10)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Unità motrice per veicoli elettrici, in cui ciascuna ruota del veicolo (3) è azionata da un proprio motore elettrico (1) tramite un albero di comando (2), caratterizzata dal fatto che ciascun motore elettrico (1) è cavo ed alloggia, all’interno di una cavità centrale assiale (4) ricavata nel rotore (lb), un giunto (G) per la trasmissione del moto all'albero di comando (2) della ruota (3).
  2. 2. Unità motrice secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che al rotore (lb) del motore elettrico (1) è fissato il disco (10) di un freno a disco (11).
  3. 3. Unità motrice secondo la rivendicazione 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che il rotore (lb) del motore elettrico (1) presenta, alla sua estremità rivolta verso la ruota (3), una flangia anulare sporgente (10) alla quale è fissato un mozzo del suddetto disco (11) .
  4. 4. Unità motrice secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che il motore elettrico si estende attraverso un elemento di sostegno (13) al quale sono articolate le estremità interne dei due bracci superiore (14) ed inferiore (15) di una sospensione a quadrilatero articolato, le estremità esterne di tali bracci (14, 15) essendo articolate al montante (16) di sostegno della ruota (3).
  5. 5. Unità motrice secondo la rivendicazione 4, caratterizzato dal fatto che la sospensione è dotata di un controllo attivo sia nei riguardi dello scuotimento sia nei riguardi della campanatura (camber) della ruota.
  6. 6. Unità motrice secondo la rivendicazione 4, caratterizzata dal fatto che il montante (16) della ruota (3) è costituito da due parti (25, 26) fra loro collegate in modo smontabile che definiscono fra loro una camera (27) nella quale è alloggiato un ruotismo riduttore (30, 31) interposto fra l’albero di comando (2) ed un mozzo cavo (28) della ruota (3), sopportato in modo girevole nel suddetto montante (16).
  7. 7. Unità motrice secondo la rivendicazione 6, caratterizzata dal fatto che l’estremità interna dell'albero di comando (2) aziona, tramite un giunto omocinetico (29) un pignone (30) che ingrana con una ruota dentata (31) calettata sulla superficie esterna del mozzo cavo (28) della ruota (3).
  8. 8. Unità motrice secondo le rivendicazioni 6 e 7, caratterizzata dal fatto che ha superficie interna della cavità del mozzo cavo (28) è munita di alettature elicoidali (28a) a scopo di ventilazione.
  9. 9. Unità motrice secondo le rivendicazioni 6 a 8, caratterizzata dal fatto che la superficie esterna del mozzo cavo (28) della ruota (3) presenta una flangia centrale (32) alla quale è fissata la ruota (3).
  10. 10. Unità motrice secondo la rivendicazione 7, caratterizzata dal fatto che la ruota è munita di aperture di ventilazione (33) e che in corrispondenza di ciascuna apertura (33) è fissata, dopo la fabbricazione della ruota, una paletta di ventilazione (34), orientata in modo tale da ottenere uguali, caratteristiche di ventilazione nelle ruote situate sui due lati del veicolo. Il tutto sostanzialmente come descritto ed illustrato e per gli scopi specificati.
