The present invention consists of a case for a handheld mobile radio telephone (hereinafter referred to as a telephone) having a hands-free function (meaning with this term the possibility of being able to carry out hands-free telephone communication) and mechanical protection.

The invention avoids the problem of searching for digital exchange codes, a problem that makes it difficult to create hands-free kits for some mobile radio telephony devices, thus being potentially universal. For the handheld version, which is the mechanically more complex one, the load-bearing structure is made in three sections, two of which are movable: one sliding 2 and one folding 1.
