Abstract
CONTROBATTITORE A SPRANGHE RAPIDO POLIVALENTE Trattasi di una modifica sostanziale al controbattitore a spranghe normalmente usato per la trebbiatura. Esso risulta ideale per la trebbiatura del trifoglio e comunque ottimizza e velocizza notevolmente la trebbiatura di cereale e di semi in genere. L'invenzione consiste nella nuova concezione con cui è stata realizzata la prima parte del controbattitore a spranghe. Infatti questa prima porzione (8-10 cm.) non segue la stessa curvatura della restante parte del controbattitore, ma è rettilinea e fatta in modo tale da favorire l'ingresso delle spighe all'interno del piccolo spazio esistente tra battitore e controbattitore. Questa particolare modifica permette di lavorare molto più velocemente in quanto favorisce di molto l'ingresso delle spighe evitando gli intasamenti che spesso si verificano nei normali controbattitori a spranghe quando, aumentando la velocità della trebbiatura, aumenta conseguentemente la quantità di prodotto raccolto da lavorare, intasamenti i quali determinano a loro volta un notevole abbassamento della resa del prodotto. Inoltre questa prima parte è costituita da un corvello molto robusto in ferro piatto lavorato con tagli obliqui per frantumare meglio le spighe.
