Abstract

إإن هذا الاختراع يكشف نوع من التقنية الإنتاجية لحمض الفوسفوريك الصالح للغذاء عبر حمض الهيدروكلوريك ، بأساس عملية التحليل بحمض الهيدروكلوريك ، عن طريق عملية تنقية الشوائب قبل و بعد متتابعة تدريجيا لإزالة الشوائب المعدنية الثقيلة، في نفس الوقت يستخدم عناصر بسيطة ، ذات خصائص مستقرة من ثلاثي البوتيل الفوسفات باعتبارها مستخلصة لإكمال عملية الاستخراج، نتيجة الاستخراج جيدة، مع عملية تعرية حمض الهيدروكلوريك المخفف ، واستخدام نسبة عالية من الإستخراج. ويمكن أن تتم كل عملية الاستخراج و التعرية في درجة حرارة عادية، و هي مناسبة خاصة لإعداد حمض الفوسفوريك الصالح للغذاء في الإنتاج الصناعي، لكن عملية الاستخراج من السائل - السائل لديها ميزة التحكم القوي ، نسبة الاستخراج و إزالة الشوائب عالية، و محتوى حمض الفوسفوريك H3PO4 الجاهز يصل إلى نسبة تفوق 75wt% ، و هي نوعية جيدة، لا تحتاج إلى تنقية بل يمكن إستخدامها لصناعة الأغذية، صالحة للإستخدام في الفوسفات الصخري الضعيف و الغني .
