يتعلق هذا الاختراع بمركبات أمينو كينولون بالصيغة العامة (I): (I) حيث تكون R1، R2، R3، R4، R5، R6، R7، R8 و n كما عرفت في هذه الوثيقة، كما يتعلق بطرق لتحضير المركبات المذكورة، مركبات وسيطة مفيدة في تحضير المركبات المذكورة، تراكيب وتوليفات صيدلانية تشتمل على المركبات المذكورة واستخدام هذه المركبات في تصنيع تراكيب صيدلانية لعلاج و/أو الوقاية من الأمراض، وبالتحديد اضطرابات ينظمها ثنائي أسيل غليسرول كيناز ألفا، كعامل وحيد أو بالاشتراك مع مكونات نشطة أخرى. الشكل 6
