Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بأدوات وطرق لانتاج أجسام مضادة التي تربط على وجه التحديد مستقبلات كيموكين، مثل مستقبلات الكيموكين CC أو CXC. ويتم التزويد بمتعددات الببتيد المعالجة بالكبريت المفصولة ومواد مقنرنة منها، والتي يمكن استخدامها على سبيل المثال كمستضدات أو من أجل تحريك غير مستهدف لتسهيل انتاج أجسام مضادة لمستقبلة مضادة لكيموكين بشري، ربّاحي و/أو فأري، مثلاً لانتاج أجسام مضادة ذات مناطق تحديد تتام CDRs بشرية بالكامل و/أو بخصائص مرغوبة أخرى للاستخدام العلاجي. كما يتعلق الاختراع الحالي أيضاً بأجسام مضادة ومواد مقترنة منها والتي يمكن الحصول عليها عن طريق تطبيق الأدوات والطرق المذكورة سابقاً. ويتم التزويد بأجسام مضادة ترتبط على وجه التحديد بـCCR8 بشري، ربّاحي و/أو فأري ذات خصائص مرغوبة للاستخدام العلاجي، مثلاً الأجسام المضادة متصالبة التفاعل، الأجسام المضادة البشرية بالكامل، الأجسام المضادة منخفضة الاستدخال (تتضمن غير المستدخلة)، والأجسام المضادة التي تحفز بفعالية من السمية الخلوية التي تتوسطها الخلايا المعتمدة على الجسم المضاد ADCC و/أو البلعمة التي تتوسطها الخلايا المعتمدة على الجسم المضاد ADCP في خلايا T التنظيمية Treg. ويتم التزويد أيضاً بالاستخدامات الطبية للأجسام المضادة الجديدة أو مواد مقترنة و/أو طرق علاج تشتمل على اعطاء هذه الأجسام المضادة لمريض أو كائن خاضع للمعالجة، إما لوحدها او في توليفة. ويتم التزويد أخيراً بواسمات حيوية، طرق تتعلق بالتصنيف وطرق تشخيصية تتوقع أو تقيّم قابلية الاستجابة لعلاج أحادي بالجسم المضاد لـCCR8 أو لعلاج مركّب. كما يزوّد الاختراع أيضاً بأدوات
