本物品は、液体中の特定の細胞又は特定の極小ビーズの選別を可能とし、さらに、液体の排出を可能とする細胞観察用容器である。なお、当該細胞や当該極小ビーズは、光学顕微鏡等を用いて観察する大きさのものである。「B-B線拡大端面図」の中央に表れる円筒形部分の底には、微細孔の空いたフィルターが存在し、当該円筒形部分と、その左右に表れるやや細い円筒形部分は、当該フィルターを介して、間隙空間にて連通している。そして、「B-B線拡大端面図」の中央に表れる円筒形部分に、細胞及び液体、又は極小のビーズ及び液体を入れて、当該円筒形部分の左右に表れる円筒形からスポイト等で吸引することによって、液体のみを取り出して、細胞又は極小のビーズのみを当該フィルターの上面に残すことができる。
