Description of the Related Art Conventionally, surfactants used in detergents include anionic surfactants having a sulfonic acid group or a sulfuric acid group, such as olefin sulfonate, alkyl sulfate, Alkyl ether sulfates and the like have been used. Actions such as direct irritation of the skin, defatting of the skin, keratolysis, and protein denaturation by these surfactants are the main causes of skin roughness. The cleaning agent often has direct contact with the hand skin at the time of use, and since it is used every day, low irritation to the skin is desired. In order to improve this, many oils, fats and moisturizers, etc., which alleviate the irritation of the surfactant, have been developed. However, considering the oils and fats used in the detergent, and the composition of plant extracts and protein components used as humectants, products that must be recognized as inappropriate for obtaining the expected effects There are many.

As shown in Table 1, the ratio of serine is very high compared to natural proteins such as fibroin and collagen which are generally used as moisturizers, and the moisturizing effect on the skin is particularly remarkable. Become. Furthermore, sericin has a similar amino acid composition to NMF in the stratum corneum of the skin and has an affinity for the skin. Therefore, sericin is adsorbed to proteins in the skin and biochemically binds. Thus, a protective film is formed on the skin surface, and irritation to the skin by the surfactant can be suppressed.

It shows the effect of reducing the amount of surfactant, which is the main cause of skin roughness, while maintaining sufficient detergency, and provides excellent skin roughness prevention and moisturizing effects that were not seen before. is there.

である。From the evaluation results, the detergent composition of the present invention to which the amount of the synthetic surfactant was reduced and sericin was added showed the same value in both the bubble power and the detergency as compared with the conventional one. In addition, it can be seen that both the bubble power and the cleaning power are clearly superior to those of a cleaning agent in which the synthetic surfactant is simply reduced. Therefore, the detergent composition containing sericin of the present invention can exhibit the same detergency as a conventional detergent composition even when the amount of synthetic surfactant that causes skin roughness is reduced.

る。EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The detergent composition of the present invention contains sericin having an amino acid composition similar to the natural moisturizing factor (NMF) involved in regulating the water content of the stratum corneum, and therefore, the amino acid lacking in the stratum corneum It works to compensate for the decrease in moisturizing function. In addition, it has made it possible to reduce the amount of a surfactant that causes skin roughness. By these effects, the skin is prevented from drying, it is possible to maintain a fine, moist and moist skin, and to suppress rough skin.
