2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in machining and building construction, machining methods mainly rely on mechanical methods. In building construction, the material used for processing such as filling and bonding is mortar and steel, so it is difficult to perform construction with precise processing accuracy.Only these known building materials, for example, High-precision processing such as maintaining a vacuum or constructing a building that does not leak water has been difficult to carry out. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-6377 discloses a simple bonding process.
No. 3 describes a method in which a bonding portion of a thermosetting or heat-fusible adhered body has an absorption capability of an electromagnetic wave, and is irradiated with an electromagnetic wave to heat the vicinity of the bonding portion to perform bonding. . Although this method has an advantage that a specific portion can be selectively heated by irradiation of electromagnetic waves, it is limited to a method in which an adherend is melted or cured by heating, and furthermore, an arrangement of a material having an electromagnetic wave absorbing ability. Since the position is also limited, the application site and the shape are limited, and it is not suitable for the precision processing field.

Next, the material constituting the radio wave absorbing material of the present invention will be described. Here, the radio wave absorbing material is a curing reaction of a resin material that cures or shrinks by heating (hereinafter, a resin material that cures by heating is called a thermosetting material, and a resin material that shrinks by heating is called a heat-shrinkable material). From the viewpoint of uniformly and efficiently softening and melting the thermosetting material and the heat-shrinkable material, it is preferable that a small-sized material is uniformly dispersed in the matrix. Therefore, it is preferable that the radio wave absorbing material has a particulate or fibrous shape. Here, the radio wave absorbing material is not particularly limited as long as it can convert radio wave energy into heat. However, from the viewpoint of the dispersibility, safety and availability, the material may be carbon or metal. , Ferrite, etc. are preferably exemplified, and as the shape,
It is preferably particulate or fibrous. Specific examples of the radio wave absorbing material that can be used include carbon fibers, carbonaceous fine particles such as carbon black, metal fibers called metal fibers, fine particles of metals or metal oxides, intermetallic compounds and the like, fibrous ferrite, or Ferrite fine particles and the like.

As the fibrous material, short fibers having a length of 10 mm or less are preferable from the viewpoint of dispersibility, and the fine particles having an average particle size of about 0.1 μm to 10 mm are preferable. If the particle size is too small, secondary aggregation is likely to occur, and uniform dispersion is difficult, and handling properties are reduced. On the other hand, if the particle size is too large, precipitation tends to occur, making uniform dispersion difficult, generating heat locally, and making it difficult to uniformly apply heat to the matrix material.

As the thermosetting material as the matrix material, a known thermosetting resin can be used according to the purpose. However, considering that the heat generation ability of the above-mentioned radio wave absorbing material is effectively used, It is preferable to use a known resin material that causes a crosslinking reaction by heating. In addition, from the same viewpoint, even if it is necessary to add a cross-linking agent, a resin material whose curing reaction is accelerated by heating can be used. Preferred thermosetting materials include
Examples include silicone resin, phenolic resin, urea resin, melamine resin, unsaturated polyester, urethane resin, epoxy resin, allyl resin, etc., from the viewpoint of electrical properties, weather resistance, chemical resistance, handling, availability, etc. ,
Preferred are silicone resins, especially silicone RTV rubber.

The mixing ratio between the thermosetting resin material and the radio wave absorbing material can be appropriately selected depending on the desired thermal characteristics, the strength after curing, etc., but in general, the amount of heat generated upon irradiation with electromagnetic waves Is proportional to the concentration of the electromagnetic wave absorbing material per unit volume, so taking into account the Joule heat generated by the electromagnetic wave absorbing material for a given electromagnetic wave intensity, the electromagnetic wave absorbing material to be mixed into the thermosetting resin material What is necessary is just to determine the compounding quantity. For example, when a curing reaction can occur at a temperature at which the temperature of the thermosetting resin material is warmed, the addition amount may be small,
When a certain high temperature is preferable for initiating or accelerating the curing reaction, it is necessary to increase the amount of addition. As described above, the compounding ratio is appropriately determined depending on the purpose and the material to be used. In general, it is sufficient to add approximately 0.01 to 10% by volume to the thermosetting material, and 0.1 to 1% by volume. It is preferable to be about volume%.

The radio-wave-absorbing heat-reactive material of the present invention is produced by uniformly dispersing a fine or fibrous radio-wave absorbing material in a thermosetting material or the like. As this method, a known solid dispersion method may be applied, for example,
In the same way as the manufacture of FRP containing metal fiber or carbon fiber as a reinforcing material, at the final stage of compounding thermosetting materials, etc., mix fibrous or particulate radio wave absorbing materials until they are well dispersed. A method of continuing kneading and the like can be given. The kneading, stirring, and mixing processes need to be performed until they are uniformly dispersed, and are usually performed for about 1 to 10 hours. In this dispersion kneading treatment, a tube pump, a screw pump (no-mo pump), a gear pump, a planetary stirring / defoaming device, etc., which are usually used for mixing a high-viscosity solvent or the like can be suitably used. From the viewpoint of the stability of the material, the compounding is performed under a reducing atmosphere, and from the viewpoint of avoiding the danger of explosion during heating, under vacuum or by using the planetary stirring / defoaming device. Kneading under atmospheric pressure while defoaming is a preferred embodiment.

Examples of the heat-shrinkable material include a material obtained by stretching a polyester-based, polyethylene-based, polypropylene-based, polyvinyl chloride-based, and polystyrene-based resin, and an amorphous polyester-based resin. These can be used in the same manner as when a thermosetting resin is used as the matrix material. Rather than using these as they are, more excellent effects are exhibited by using them when connecting a plurality of members as molded bodies such as washers and bolts. If the method of use is specifically described, two or more members are joined by a bolt formed of a heat-shrinkable material containing a radio wave absorbing material, and the joined portion is heated by irradiating electromagnetic waves, so that a washer, Bonding can be performed while generating a pressing force by shrinking the bolt. At this time, by sandwiching a sheet made of a thermoplastic material in which the radio wave absorbing material is dispersed between two or more members, the thermoplastic material is irradiated with electromagnetic waves and melted, and the pressure was applied by the washer and bolts. Close contact between closely contacted members,
After the end of the electromagnetic wave irradiation, the thermoplastic material is cooled and solidified, so that close contact and joining with high sealing properties can be performed.

When a thermosetting material is used as the matrix material according to the present invention, a metal pipe having a large number of holes at its tip is used as a driving pipe, and a radio wave absorption before the curing reaction is contained in the pipe. The heat-reactive material is filled, and a pressure is applied by a dielectric cylinder to fill a predetermined portion around the hole from the hole at the tip of the pipe with fluidity. At this time, since the metal pipe itself has an electromagnetic shielding property, it is possible to efficiently irradiate an electromagnetic wave to a target portion. In this way, a predetermined portion is filled with the radio wave absorbing reactive material of the present invention,
It can be cured by irradiation with electromagnetic waves. Since shrinkage occurs after curing, the dielectric cylinder can be pulled out, and these can fix the metal driven pipe.

A radio wave absorbing reactive material is filled at a predetermined position where processing is to be performed as a workpiece or in contact with the workpiece, and a radio wave is applied to the filled portion. Then, heat is generated, and the heat causes a curing reaction of the radio wave absorbing reactive material,
It is based on a method of completely curing after a predetermined reaction time, and has an advantage that it can be applied to various parts to perform repair, adhesion, filling, molding, and the like with high accuracy.

Specifically, for example, when a radio-wave absorbing reactive material is filled and arranged in a predetermined space of a workpiece and a radio wave is applied to the filled portion, the radio-wave absorbing material generates heat due to the radio wave irradiation. The thermosetting material in a fluidized state due to heat causes a curing reaction, and the material filled so as to be in close contact with the space is cured as it is in a state conforming to the shape of the predetermined space, so that the gap can be filled with high precision. . If this method is used for a crack formed on a wall surface, the material filled in a fluidized state is hardened, so that the crack is filled without gaps, and the crack that can block moisture and air can be easily repaired. When this space is a through-hole, the space can be efficiently filled by sucking from the opposite side when filling the radio wave absorbing reactive material.

When the two members are to be joined, they are joined by using a joining member such as a bolt or a washer formed by using a heat-shrinkable matrix material as the radio wave absorption reactive material. By irradiating the joining member with radio waves to cause the joining member to contract, the plurality of members can be tightly joined by the pressing force.

The radio wave can be radiated by a conventional method, but usually, a local radio wave radiating means is used from the viewpoint of energy efficiency. For example, as shown in FIG. It is preferable to irradiate a processed part of the radio wave absorbing plastic material 12 with a radio wave (the irradiation direction is indicated by an arrow in the figure) from a radio wave radiator using the electromagnetic horn antenna 10 or the like, as shown in FIG. Furthermore, it is more preferable that the radio wave from the horn antenna 10 is converged by a parabolic antenna (rotating parabolic reflector) 14 located on the opposite side of the processed portion where the radio wave absorbing plastic material 12 is disposed. By displacing the position of the parabolic reflector 14, it is possible to radiate radio waves intensively to a desired position while displacing the convergence point.

If it is difficult to place a reflector on the opposite side due to the condition of the processing portion, the horn antenna 10 may be used together with a radio wave converging means such as a dielectric lens 16 so that
A method in which the electromagnetic wave is directly converged and the position of the horn antenna 10 itself is displaced, thereby irradiating the radio wave intensively to a desired position while displacing the convergence point by the dielectric lens 16 (see FIG. 2) A method in which a flat reflector 18 or a parabolic reflector 14 is placed only on the side of the radio wave radiator 10 in order to shield electromagnetic waves scattered back to the side and efficiently collect energy at the processing site. (See FIGS. 3A and 3B) and the like can be applied. In particular, as shown in FIG. 3B, in the method using the parabolic reflector 14 on the radio wave radiator 10 side, it is possible to converge and reflect the energy scattered backward. The radio wave absorber 2 is provided around the reflection plates 14 and 18.
The shielding efficiency can be increased by setting 0.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B,
A planar reflector 18 or a parabolic reflector 14 may be placed on both sides opposite to the side of the radio wave irradiation, and reflected between both ends to further improve energy efficiency. In addition, as a combination, flat plate reflection plates (FIG. 4 (A)
(See FIG. 4B), parabolic reflectors (see FIG. 4B), or a combination of a flat reflector and a parabolic reflector. In addition, if the distance can be controlled accurately, a Fabry-Perot resonator can be formed, and energy can be more efficiently converged on the processed portion. In this case, in the entire thickness direction,
Since energy is concentrated in the central portion, it is unnecessary to move the convergence point.

These are methods for efficiently irradiating electromagnetic waves. On the other hand, in order to reduce the effects of electromagnetic waves on other structures and the human body, the radio waves from the horn antenna are positioned on the opposite side of the portion to be processed. It is also possible to prevent the radio wave from being diffused to a portion other than the portion desired to be irradiated by being reflected by the reflected reflector.

The reason why the conductive electromagnetic wave absorbing material such as the metal fiber and the carbon fiber contained in the electromagnetic wave absorbing reactive material of the present invention is heated by the irradiation of the electromagnetic wave itself acts as a minute antenna against the electromagnetic wave, At this time, Joule heat is generated by the current flowing on the antenna. The heat is used to cure or shrink the thermoplastic material, which is the matrix, to process the material. However, with this exothermic reaction, the material itself that functions as an antenna, such as metal or carbon fiber, melts or oxidizes. If the electric conductivity decreases due to the occurrence of the electric wave, the entire material may not exhibit the radio wave absorption performance. When such a phenomenon occurs, the radio wave absorbing material existing near the radio wave radiator reacts first and the radio wave absorbing property disappears, and the unreacted radio wave absorbing material existing at a position further away from the radio wave radiator The electromagnetic waves reach the area, where an exothermic reaction occurs, which is repeated in sequence, the reaction progressing to the depth of the radio-absorbing responsive material, enabling the implementation of precise possibilities in deep members.

[Adhesion Processing of Thermoplastic Material Block] A method of bonding two thermoplastic material blocks will be described. Two U-shaped thermoplastic material blocks as shown in FIG. 6A are bonded. FIG. 6 (A), (B)
FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a bonding state of a thermoplastic material block of Example 2. Here, 1.0 vol% of carbon fiber (average fiber length: 6 mm) as a radio wave absorbing material was blended with acrylic as a thermoplastic resin, and heated to 150 to 200 ° C. in a reducing atmosphere in a melting stirrer. For 3 hours, thereby forming a radio wave absorbing plastic material molded body 30 in which a thermoplastic material having carbon fibers uniformly dispersed in a resin was molded into a plate having a thickness of 1 mm. A plate-shaped radio-absorbing plastic material molded body 30 is sandwiched between two thermoplastic material blocks 22 and 24 each having a thickness of 5 cm, and bolts 34 and nuts 36 formed by molding them with the radio-wave absorbing reactive material prepared earlier.
Fixed. (FIG. 5 (A)). An electromagnetic wave (indicated by an arrow in the figure: irradiation condition 2.45 GHz) near the horn antenna 10 on the plate, the electromagnetic wave absorbing plastic material molded body 12, the bolt 34, the nut 36 formed of an electromagnetic wave absorbing reactive material, and the vicinity thereof.
(500 W to 1 kW). The electromagnetic wave absorbing plastic material molded body 12 that has absorbed the electromagnetic waves is melted by the heat generated by the internal electromagnetic wave absorbing material, melting the thermoplastic material blocks,
Join. Further, the bolt 34 and the nut 36 formed of the radio wave absorbing reactive material shrink due to the heat generated by the internal radio wave absorbing material, and fix the workpiece more firmly. Since the thermoplastic material blocks 22 and 24, which are the workpieces, transmit electromagnetic waves, the main body is not affected by the electromagnetic waves. When the irradiation of electromagnetic waves is stopped, the electromagnetic wave absorbing plastic material 3
0 is naturally cooled and re-hardened, and the two thermoplastic material blocks 22 and 24 are firmly bonded together with the compression force due to the contraction of the bolts 34 and nuts 36. It was confirmed that this bonding site was completely in close contact with the outside of the block, and could block moisture and gas.

(Example 3) By using the radio wave absorbing reactive material obtained in Example 1 and filling a predetermined gap of a radio wave transmitting material such as concrete with a material, a metal pipe is fixed. went. [Fixation of Metal Pipe in Void] As shown in FIG. 7, a metal pipe 38 having a large number of holes at its tip is used as a driving pipe, and is placed in a predetermined gap of a concrete block 40. The pipe 38 is filled with the radio-wave absorbing heat-reactive material 12 before the curing reaction, and the dielectric piston 42
To fill a predetermined area around the hole from the hole at the tip of the pipe with fluidity. At this time, since the metal pipe 38 itself has an electromagnetic shielding property, a target portion can be efficiently irradiated with an electromagnetic wave. After the predetermined portion is filled with the radio wave absorption reactive material of the present invention in this way, an electromagnetic wave (indicated by an arrow in the drawing: irradiation condition 2.45 GHz 500 W or more)
Irradiation of 1 kW) hardens the material 12 filled in a predetermined position. The metal driving pipe 38 can be firmly fixed at the time of hardening, but heat shrinkage of the material occurs and the dielectric piston 42 can be pulled out, so that it can be reused. Thus, the metal pipe could be fixed in the predetermined recess.
