However, in the above-mentioned center drive type belt conveyor, the outer surface of the belt, which is the conveying surface of the product, is rubbed by contact with the snap roller, and the outer surface of the belt is scratched and the appearance is impaired. Has problems. Furthermore, a method of driving the belt by pressing the outer peripheral surface of the belt against the outer peripheral surface of the drive pulley (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open
0016, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-258922, etc.), the above problem appears more remarkably. In addition, the belt is crimped around the outer peripheral surface of the drive pulley by the snap roller.
The angle is set to 0 degrees or more, and if an attempt is made to secure the form, the drive unit disposed below the frame becomes vertically long.
In particular, the relationship between the machine length (L1) and the belt width (L2) is L2.
In a mini-conveyor satisfying> L1, the meandering of the belt is more likely to occur, and in order to make the meandering of the belt less likely to occur, the vertical interval between the snap roller and the drive pulley in the driving unit is increased. ing. In this case, there is a problem that the drive unit is longer than the machine length (length in the vertical direction), the protruding portion below the frame is large, bulky, and the use range is restricted.

Further, in order to prevent the belt from meandering, a crosspiece having a substantially trapezoidal cross section (commonly called V sun) is welded and fixed to a substantially central portion in the width direction of the back surface of the belt along the longitudinal direction, and the front and rear frames are fixed. The crosspiece runs along the recesses of the trough and the right and left tail rollers that are integrally connected, the belt meandering adjustment by adjusting the inclination of the tail roller, or a part of the bracket that supports the tail roller is protruded, and the protrusion is formed. The belt may be provided with a structure for preventing the belt from meandering by abutting the side edges in the width direction of the belt. The form in which the protruding portion is formed on the bracket is a form in which all of the brackets on the left and right sides (four) are formed, a form in which the bracket is formed on the left or right side (one side) (two), or at least one pair of diagonal lines A form formed on the upper brackets (two), a form formed on the left and right brackets (two) opposed to each other on the upstream side or the downstream side in the running direction of the belt, and the like can be given.

According to the above-mentioned means, the belt wound around the tail rollers on both the left and right sides is pressed at one side in the width direction onto the outer peripheral surface of the short cylindrical drive pulley by the pinch roller, and the belt is wound. Since the other side in the width direction is supported by the narrow guide means similarly to the driving pulley side in the same manner as the winding state on the driving pulley side, the belt is driven and rotated stably. Since the driving pulley for driving the belt and the pinch roller are sandwiched only at one side of the belt width as described above, the rubbing trace of the pinch roller generated on the belt surface (conveying surface) is reduced. There is only one side in the width direction, and a clean belt surface can be maintained.

In order to prevent the belt 6 from meandering in the belt conveyor shown in the present embodiment, a bar 21 having a trapezoidal cross section is formed on the back side of the belt 6 over the entire length in the circumferential direction. A recess 22 to be fitted and guided is formed in the trough 2 and the tail rollers 3 on both the left and right sides.
Note that the meandering prevention of the belt 6 is not limited to the illustrated configuration. For example, the lower portion of the tail bracket 4 that supports the tail roller 3 is protruded downward to protrude the protruding portion 23.
May be formed so that the widthwise side end of the belt 6 on the return path side abuts the protruding portion 23, thereby preventing meandering. Needless to say, in this case, the crosspiece on the back surface of the belt and the concave portions of the trough and the tail roller are unnecessary.
Further, the mounting base plate 11 for supporting the pinch roller 8 in the driving mechanism A is a flat plate having a minimum necessary area.
The mounting base plate is a box for closing the space between the front and rear support plates 5, 5 ', and the box is attached to one of the support plates so as to be openable and closable with a hinge, and the other of the box is the other support plate. May be removable.

With the above construction, the belt 6 is wound and supported by a driving mechanism A comprising a short cylindrical driving pulley 7 and a pinch roller 8 with a predetermined width near one side in the width direction. The other side in the direction is supported by guide means B in the same winding state as the driving mechanism side, and the driving pulley 7 of the driving mechanism A
Is rotated by the drive motor 10, so that the belt is stably rotated. The pinch roller 8 of the driving mechanism for running the belt 6 contacts only one side in the width direction of the outer surface of the belt, and there is no contact with the other outer surface of the belt. , The surface of the belt can be kept cleaner compared to a conventional belt conveyor where the belt is rubbed. Further, since only one side in the width direction of the belt is sandwiched by pinch rollers having a short cylindrical shape, the belt can be easily pulled off by pulling it toward the guide means.

According to the belt conveyer of the present invention, the abrasion generated on the outer surface (conveying surface) of the belt is only a predetermined width near one side in the width direction, and the other parts are not. There is no rubbing, so that a clean belt surface can be ensured over a long period of time. Since only one side in the width direction of the belt is pinched by the short-pinch pinch roller, the belt can be easily removed by pulling it toward the guide means. In addition, the belt winding state can be stably supported by the configuration according to the second aspect, and the running resistance can be reduced, so that smooth belt running can be ensured. Further, according to the configuration of the third aspect, the belt can be easily prevented from meandering without using a complicated configuration in which a crosspiece is formed on the back surface of the belt and a concave portion is formed in the trough and the tail roller. Therefore, the configuration of the belt, the tail roller, and the frame (trough) can be simplified, which can contribute to cost reduction.
