Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent camber and warp of a floor main body, to heighten integration with a sheet material, and improve cushioning performance and sound proof performance by forming slits in the lower surface of the floor main body formed by arranging side by side wood floor members, filling the groove with a filler, and sticking the sheet material having a little elasticity to the lower surface of the floor main body. SOLUTION: Slits 4 such as dovetail grooves are formed substantially like a grid in the lower surface of a floor main body 2 formed by arranging side by side elongated square veneer floor members 3, and the grooves are filled with a filler 5. Further, a sheet material 6 having a little elasticity and a required thickness is stuck to the lower surface of the floor main body through an adhesive. The floor material is spread all over on the floor surface such as a concrete floor, a plate finishing floor through an adhesive to construct a direct bed. As the sheet material 6 has a little elasticity and a required thickness, simply direct bed construction can be executed to heighten cushioning performance and soundproof performance and improve a walking feeling. Further, camber or warp due to moisture absorbing expansion can be surely prevented by the slits 4, and the floor main body 2 and the sheet material 6 can be made adhere to each other in three dimensions through the filler 5 so as to be integrally constructed by increasing the sticking force.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a floor material which is suitable for indoor concrete floors and the like, a flexible sheet such as a nonwoven fabric is provided on the lower surface of a floor main body on which a required number of woody band members are juxtaposed. (See Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 58-132038), and asbestos paper attached to the lower surface of a floor body in which a veneer is attached to the surface of plywood (Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 52-16222). Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. 52-28932 discloses an asphalt-impregnated paper adhered to the lower surface of a floor body in which a plurality of wooden veneers are juxtaposed. And, such conventional floor materials are spread while being bonded to a floor surface such as a concrete floor surface with an adhesive,
It is supposed to be installed directly.

The conventional flooring constructed as described above is merely a nonwoven sheet or asbestos paper stuck to the lower surface of a wooden floor main body. Has the following disadvantages. First, since the floor main body is made of wood, it is likely to expand due to moisture absorption and cause harmful peeling and warpage. Secondly, since a nonwoven fabric sheet or the like is simply adhered to the lower surface of the floor body in a face-to-face contact state, it is not only poor in integrity but also insufficient in adhesiveness. Third, the nonwoven fabric sheet or asbestos paper or the like to be adhered to the lower surface of the floor body is not only lightweight and rich in elasticity but also flexible, so that the laying stability is very poor, It requires a necessary groundwork adjustment, and is not suitable for directly laying construction, and is not always satisfactory in terms of cushioning and soundproofing during walking.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 and 2
1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a flooring material having a required width and length, 2 is a wooden floor body constituting the flooring material 1, and 2 Is formed by arranging a required number of floor members 3 each having a slender rectangular single plate shape. Reference numeral 4 denotes a dovetail-shaped incision formed in a substantially lattice shape at a predetermined pitch on the lower surface of each floor member 3, and 5 denotes a filling in each incision 4 to flatten the lower surface of each floor member 3. As the filler, a base adjusting material such as putty can be suitably adopted and used as the filler 5. Reference numeral 6 denotes a slightly elastic sheet having a required thickness attached to the lower surface of the floor body 2 via an adhesive.
The sheet material 6 is made of synthetic resin or synthetic rubber such as polyvinyl chloride mixed with calcium carbonate or the like. The sheet 6 preferably has a thickness of 2.

In the embodiment constructed as described above, like the conventional example, it is laid on a floor, such as an indoor concrete floor or a plate-finished floor, with an adhesive applied thereto.
Let it be installed directly. In this case, since the sheet ground 6 has a certain elasticity and a required thickness, it can be easily laid directly, and is excellent in cushioning property, soundproofing property and the like, and has a very good walking feeling. In addition, floor member 3
Are formed on the lower surface of each of them, so that not only swelling and warpage due to moisture absorption expansion can be reliably prevented, but also each of the cut grooves 4 is filled with a filler 5. Therefore, the floor main body 2 and the sheet material 6 can be brought into three-dimensional contact with each other through the filler 5, and the bonding strength can be increased to form an integral structure.

In the above embodiment, the floor member 3 constituting the floor main body 2 is essentially a single plate, but is not limited to this, and is not limited thereto.
Alternatively, a wooden floor member such as laminated plywood can be adopted and used. In addition, the cut groove 4 is formed in a substantially lattice shape, but is not limited thereto.
It may be formed vertically and horizontally as appropriate.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the cut groove 4 is formed in the lower surface of the wooden floor main body 2, if the swelling and warping caused by the moisture expansion can be reliably prevented. Since each of the grooves 4 is filled with the filler 5, the floor body 2 and the sheet ground 6 are filled through the filler 5.
This makes it possible to increase the contact area by making a three-dimensional contact with the substrate, and thus to greatly improve the sticking force to form an integral structure. Further, a sheet material 6 having a certain elasticity and a required thickness is adhered to the lower surface of the floor body 2.
Not only can it be easily laid directly on a floor such as a concrete floor, but also it has excellent cushioning and soundproofing properties, and exhibits an extremely suitable walking feeling.
